Devs really found everything that was good in this app... and then pressed delete while making the new update. Sure, the old version was slow but at least the app was bearable, the new update doesn't even allow you to see the profiles of people who message you to see what games you have in common. Wasn't the whole point of the app to find friends to play games with? They also removed everything that made the app charming, the little badges, levels etc. Now it feels soulless. Sad.

There's absolutely very limited settings options. The settings button takes you to the only dynamic page on the whole app which is the edit profile page. Can't even change my locality or hide it, or hide my time zones. It has a lot of bugs and the app has barely any features apart from two pages that you can shift through in the whole app. Not recommended

I think this is the most unintuitive app/service I've ever used on the play store. I genuinely can't even sign up there's too many bugs, from genre selection to trying to enter date of birth and scrolling pages to find the next buttons. It's absolutely shocking how buggy and poorly designed this is. I've even tried to contact the developers using the contact form on their website, only for that to fail aswell encountering an error during form submission. It was over before it even started.

This app is by no means perfect but it has led to some good friends to game with. It was working fine until a few days ago when I used it and now I'm unable to login through any platform - app / web nothing. Everytime I try to login it says "an error occured" and If I attempt to reset my password it says, "undefined." Email support and heard nothing from them. It's like they're non existent. Absolutely horrendous.

I'd actually give this zero stars if I could This app used to be good to find other gamers & make new friends. It used to run a whole lot better. For a good year or so it just constantly crashes, takes forever to load.....if it does at all! The recent update I feel that they have completely ruined the app! The point there's nothing to keep you interested. You now can't post anything, can't view profiles, can't join groups. I feel like the Devs expected it to completely run smooth after created

Previously I used GameTree just to check it out, as I thought it had great concept. After downloading I found it a bit difficult to find how to join the group chat for games and I probably got about two messages. But now that I back I keep getting messages, I'm not sure if it because the algorithm got better or there are just more bots. Although at the moment I'm unable to view the profiles of those that messaged me and I can't login on Windows at all, it seems the app getting improved though!

The app runs terribly. It's slow on wifi and data. Every time you click on something the response time is insanely sluggish. Half the time I try to open it I'm stuck on a loading screen. It takes a couple tries to get it up and running. It's unfortunate because the idea of the app is amazing.

1st of all you can't click anyone's profiles that you've messaged (i guess it's bugged) , so when you match them all you can see if their profile pic and name. Can't see their age , gender, what games they play, any crucial information cannot be looked at after you 1st message them. Someone can verbally harass you in messages but there is no report button, someone had an inappropriate pic but can't do anything about it because of no report button. Very disturbing lack of moderation
