It's not even an app, simply a mobile port over. Their camping reservation system sucks. It's impossible to find anything. If I search for "camping with dates 8.18-8.20" and a filter of "cabin" guess what park options appear: all of them, even the ones without a cabin or all sold out.Meaning, I have to try one by one to find a campground. I would have camped much more this year if it didn't take me 5 days to find a campsite for 2 nights! ... + 2 stars for the hunting map & hunting license.

Very buggy constantly crashing. There's nothing about this app that is better than the previous version. To apply for multiple tags you have to go all the way back out you can't just select all the tags and apply for all of them at the same time it took me over an hour just to apply for East River West River archery deer and elk options. The interactive county map is also gone huge hassle to figure out what unit numbers are.

Please, please get some help with the app design! The navigation is an absolute catastrophe. Whenever someone presses the back button they're logged out, then directed to the page where you can change your personal info when you log in again. I just want to go from the cart, back to the license selection page (because there's no way to view licenses specifics from the cart), not edit my hunter safety number. Government app so it's not expected to be "good" but at least shoot for "makes sense".

The app is a really good idea but poor execution. The app rarely works. The layout seems great and the quick links would be vary useful if they worked. I just pull up the internet site instead of using the app unfortunately. Also it would be nice if they just had a calendar with all the start and end dates on it. Everyone understands that format. I really hope the app gets better, would love to you it. Seems like a great tool if it worked.

Still no update fix. This app is worthless. Nothing from the developer! Don't install. November 2019, the app still kicks me off trying to navigate back. Not sure what is going on with this app, but I'm about ready to uninstall it and go conventional for my licensing. Very frustrating to say the least! July 2019"I'm dropping my rating because every time you try to go back it kicks you off and you have to log in all over again."

Horrible! It was a nightmare to navigate. I even left and decided to use the website and that was even worst! Glitchy and confusing to use. I reserved a cabin and when I went to pay for it I couldnt find the submit button. I finally realized after scrolling up and down that they had covered the submit button with a banner with there phone number information. Whom ever designed these apps and website needs to be fired.

Previous App was a great resource now this new version very frustrating to maneuver around. When trying to log in it tells me username and password not correct when I just changed password. I call sdgfp speak with the agent and confirm all information is correct but still doesn't let me log in. I have asked multiple agents to fix app and website for a few years and nothing. It seems that every year it gets worse and worse. Don't waste your time downloading until they improve.

Really confusing. Applied for 5 licenses and a lot of repeat effort to do this. Why can't a person look at application while applying? Have to go to another page to look at units and dates, go to home page, then go to another page to apply on line. Am I paying a $10 application fee and another $10 for preference fee now? When are fees going to stop?
