The saved addresses used to be clickable in the earlier versions but in recent versions, the app stops working for whatever reason(s) anytime I click on a saved location/address. I thought the recent update fixed it but it's still same. The app generally stops working when you leave it's interface for it to run in the background preventing multi-tasking. Kindly provide a fix ASAP 'cos it's relly annoying. (USER ON ANDROID 8.1)

It's perfect it works even in my remote village. Some people have problems with their own phones but instead of getting it solved they conveniently pass it on to this apps. When you don't have space on your phone or refused to give Google access or hide personal information onto your phone setup or it's a stolen phone you'll have problems with an apps that gives personal vital information. It works on all my phones and can even use it in offline mode

The app is supposed to store my registered address on my handset. Unfortunately, anytime I open the app on my handset, it automatically initiate the registration process again. This is unlike Google Map which keeps a single registration in memory, which can be forwarded as pin drop at anytime. The developer should correct that error and improve the app to give directions for Navigation. I give the app 'ONE STAR'

The offline mode doesn't work even though I have downloaded it, making it difficult to generate the address at places where there isn't Internet connectivity. Kindly work on it as it used to be. Thanks

There's no way to log back into an account that was successfully registered previously. If you reinstall the app, you have to go through the whole registration process again which cannot be completed because SMS will not be received and you cannot use the app for emergency services. All other features work well though.

It's been helpful as a directional map but upon my current search, it appears that the isn't updated because some developed areas are still showing as undeveloped areas using the mobile application.

Good but please i cant save address, it shows invalid code, when i delete any saved address it comes back again after i start to search a new address. I cant use it offline after downloading the offline and fameko, please give option to backup the downloaded offline into my SD card for feathur use. The new update interface is more encouraging and i edge you guys to keep it up by leting us also feel the app on our phones with accuracy and efficiently. Thank you.
