Trying to place a delivery order for a future time and the date comes up but no way to choose the time of delivery so it won't allow me to proceed with the order. additionally the same thing is happening on the website. Also the app itself transfers me over to do the order to the browser to do the order. No other apps I have do this. I also cannot reset my PIN to log in to my rewards.

Doesn't recognize my email address, only my phone number. Then, after getting in, there's no ordering functionality. I'm stuck at the "redeem point" screen, with no option to go anywhere else.

I really like Ginos pizza, the food there is delicious, it suits my taste very well, the interface of the app is very useful, easy to find the nearest location of the restaurant and order there online

App says my email has been verified but everytime I go to the app, it says I have to verify my account, so I haven't been able to use the loyalty points

Slow. Not the ordering system, but the rewards system. It takes around a half hour before the code is emailed to me. The app works great except for this feature.

5 stars for Ginos Pizza. Having this app of Ginos is very convenient, delicious food, super free, super fast home delivery. I'm very satisfied because the menu created on the app is easy to see and choose from
