DON'T BUY USING YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! I bought two items from Bricoma using Glovo, and one of the items was canceled because they said it was out of stock (why would any third-party platform list a product that's out of stock?). It's been 22 days, and I haven't received any refund. When I talk to support, they are like bots saying the same thing, not helpful at all. If you want to throw your money in the trash, then buy an item from them that's not food with your credit card.

They reduced delivery range too much and didn't inform users. You pay for subscription to get "Free" delivery yet there is also delivery fee for certain deliveries. There is also a "just because FU" fee if you don't order enough, despite subscription. And also autosubscription doesn't work always. Technically it all works but drastically reduced ordering options with reduced delivery range is becoming a serious dealbreaker for me. Now there are ads as well, within the app, with subscription.

Watch out for English users!!! I ordered items on the apps but delivered them wrong. It turned out "English virson" was wrong. In english item description is changed itself to different items when I check out(when i checked out, I only saw local languages). I contacted the customer centre she said she can't do anything for that and it's my fault! I can't read local languages. I only rely on apps english translation. Customer Service is very bad!

Selecting the option for Glovo Prime (activating it) while at checkout for an order will charge you for Glovo Prime twice and for your order twice. It charged me quite some money extra and I'm mad because the only way to contact support as a customer is through the app, which gives you no feedback and no assurance that anyone will fix the problem. Noone ever contacted me. Heads up!

the last update is very buggy. I log in, I get a promo "subscribe to prime", I accept, and then the error message with the cat appears: "try again later". Then I try to place an order, go to checkout, I try to change the payment method from Google Pay to a previously saved Credit Card. The app doesn't respond. It keeps showing GPay... Very buggy... The app quality is worse after the mass layoffs, guys. No wonder why...

I placed a food order on Glovo, but a bug caused it to go through twice. There was no cancel option in the app, so I had to call the courier and ask him to contact Glovo. They called to confirm the cancellation, and I received an email confirming it. However, when I tried to order the next day, I was charged for the cancelled order. This experience shows poor app design and customer service, and it left me very frustrated. I can't recommend this app.

Rating 1 star because of three reasons: sometimes support just gives a robotic reply even though the delivery has maximum issues, there are ads even if you are a prime subscriber, and last but not least, even if I turn off the push notifications for offers, I still get bombarded two times a day, so I had to turn notifications off altogether. Glovo, please fix your app and then we can talk.

Gets worse and worse. Orders are always late. They have "Prime free delivery", but keep raising the minimal price, now it's so high it doesn't even make sense. When there are items missing in your order they just return the price of items, not considering the time you have wasted and amount you have to pay for second delivery. Just horrible service.
