Setup is atrocious. Only detects my 5G network and doesn't allow me to change the SSID. Have to use LAN connection. Web UI is useless, as it requires flash. Try to install plug-in and just get errors. Time on the camera is always wrong. Only allows me to sync with my phone (which is no good if I'm in a different time zone), but then doesn't keep that time anyway! There's an option to update camera firmware and/or web UI, but require the files and there's nowhere to download them from. Useless!

Can't see the network on wifi during setup of the camera. Had to use hardwire lan to do the setup. Once setup it won't recognize my micro SD card even though my PC will. With no SD card can't record anything or get motion alarms to work. Seems I have to setup an FTP server for it to capture to cloud. To integrate to the Gogogate2 app it looks like I have to subscribe to get a plugin. Don't waste your money!

No longer saves to Dropbox since the last update. Was painful to set up with Dropbox in the first place. Also, there seems to be no way to configure it to auto overwrite when Dropbox is full so when it was actually working it'd stop saving to Dropbox if I forgot to delete the old videos.

Terrible app. When adding via Wifi install fails after the camera connects to the network. Search in LAN is unable to find the camera even with wired connection. Can ping camera but not access via browser. No support from company. Only choice is to return

All I want is software which works the way I need it to work. Docs shows options which do not exist. And no thought given as to what if all the helpfulness is wrong. Asks for information which can not be found. Wireless mac address is not on the sticker.

MUST USE ETHERNET TO SETUP. The directions suck. As u can see from other reviews, wifi setup is junk. However... Plug in ethernet... Find the ip address... Then go to ipadress port 88 on a web browser. From there u can setup the the wifi and system password ect.

This is a poorly produced and supported product. The garage door opener works ok, but this camera and software is shockingly ill executed. I intend to return the camera and stay away from this company in the future. Caveat emptor indeed.
