Stuck -after clicking delivery, it does not proceed to give the order. Cannot add address using the map or manually (lat required error). Totally useless. 5-star reviews are obviously bots or KFC marketing employees. A nice data collection scam.

The app is badly made and the site is too we are trying to get an order in the site and it doesn't work at all when I try to put my card number in it says that the date of the card is invalid ( it isn't ) I tried tow cards the same problem I finally call them to solve the problem and they say they can't solve the issue they don't know how they said the only solution is to go there and make an order. THEN WHAT IS THE HOLE POINT OF HAVING AN APP OR A SITE ???

The app has a lot of hiccups....it doesn't keep the history of the orders... The order number given doesn't correspond to the store number No confirmation is sent that the order has been received No email notification either....

We can't sign up or login - button is red and we can't view the actual letters ... The Order Now button doesn't work... Not useful so far...

Horrible app, it's laggy and resets frequently and ends up frustrating you. Delivery doesn't even work, only for dine in...

First app in a long while that sucks hard before you even "manage" to register. The quotes cause you can't even register in most cases. Unbelievable. Who got paid for this?

The address section is not working. You can't add the required information for the municipality, while it is required in order to proceed. This is frustrating.
