Sign up process was quick and painless. I found the UI easy to navigate, experienced no lag or crashes, and everything felt fairly organized. You can easily update your profile information and link your PayPal account within the app as well. However, the surveys will feel tedious (at least at first) and you must complete them in one sitting - you cannot save and finish it later. There is no in app chat support; contact is email only. And payouts are slow - 21 days later, still waiting on mine.

So far this is looking like a complete scam! I have completed multiple tasks and have yet to receive any credits for doing so. It has been going on 5 days after that completion of tasks and still no credits. I have sent two emails to support and to my surprise I have gotten no replies to either! How convenient! I wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their time with this app

I have had nothing but good, positive experiences with this app. I've been paid for multiple tasks and they pay on time. They also have high paying surveys, the highest I've ever been paid. I got $75 for one! I also got quick responses from customer service anytime I had a problem. They always get back quickly and solve the issue. Highly recommended.

Grapedata is the absolute best option for supplementing my income. When I've came up short on a couple bills Grapedata paid just on time! The assignments, or tasks, might get a little complex and become very specific during the interviews. But it is well worth the effort. They do not drag around with their payments. Interviews are rather easy to complete, most people no matter their professional position likes talking about themselves and their work. I couldn't believe how easy it was first time

Could be great! If they paid you for your work.. it does pay, seldomly... It's almost as if they only pay just enough to keep people completing their work for them to make you think it's great, but you're disqualified or declined 80%of the time so they don't have to pay you EVEN WHEN YOUVE DONE EVERYTHING EXACTLY CORRECT, you still get disqualified and they NEVER elaborate on why or answer any attempt at contacting customer service. Basically they string you along and use you.

I have used this app off and on yes they do pay out. App is very easy to use. My issue was that it takes a while to get paid which can be good and bad. LOL. I'm giving it the four stars and not the five because of the reasons of hard to speak to customer care and the wait time for payments, also I completed a couple different tasks they did not accept for a crazy reason? They didn't think it was me? And I tried to talk to customer care and give proof or explain. Wouldn't answer my email. Not $$$

I absolutely love this app!! There is nothing that comes close to Grapedata, light-years between this app and every other one I've ever tried. I was mindblown when I got paid for my 1st one considering the amount paid per survey and the fact that you can interview other people to complete it in order to make the money anyway! 10 stars if it were possible.

I saw a lot of bad reviews on the after I had downloaded it and I thought I would just look and see if it was as bad as people were saying and I have had no issues with it at all. Surveys are fast and the fact that they let you get answers from other friends or family that work in certain industries is awesome and no other platform offers that. The pay out is not instant it does take a day or two to post to your paypal account where everyother platform makes you meet a minimum amount!
