Very slow. The app takes a lot of time opening up and to recognize my washer in WiFi mode. And by the time the app is "ready" (after a couple of minutes), I just have probably 10 seconds to set up the program I want (one program among the 20+ programs), and despite all the app bugs. Otherwise it's disconnected from my washer (my washer has an automatic standby or off mode after maybe 3 minutes). Despite checking the option "do not show again", I still get the same questions... Pretty annoying.

Can't find most important info which is energy usage of devices. Although UI is pretty clean it's very unintuitive. Has a lot of bugs like blank screens when going backwards. Forces devices like wine cellar onto my screen (I paid for the other device so let me use the app for this specific device without forced apps of other products I'm not interested in). And lastly biggest negative after lack of energy consumption is that schedules do not save for AC programs and the programs itself also dont

Overall it's a useful app, however the functionality is hampered by the bugs that you encounter. The app is slow to load the details of each screen, and it doesn't remember your choices even when you check the box to not show them again. I'm also missing the ability to adjust all the settings, like the time of a refresh cycle. Also, there may be notes about water level but no setting for it. Since these settings aren't adjustustable, understanding the differencences between the cycles is hard.

More annoying than useful. Keeps notifying about the dust filter, yet it's cleaned every time. Keeps asking about eco settings, we have a single rate so we can't turn that off. And the app runs really slow, feels like 1 min to warm up to access the tumble dryer and then 10 secs for anything to process, like what options there are, 10s, select option like delicates, 10s, finally start cycle, 10s...beep actual start.

Imagine a mountain of turds that is on fire, then make it an app. It literally breaks itself every time you open it. The UI will bug and merge random programs together, so you never know what you're actually doing. Starting my tumble dryer is like playing russian roulette with every possible option. I have to use the app to dry things based of time, as my dryer will use a moisture sensor that also doesn't work otherwise.

The app (and dishwasher for that matter) is awful. It constantly disconnects from the machine so you have to reconnect every time you use it, the maintenance counters, particularly the one for the filter cleaning, don't reset despite you confirming you've cleaned them and attempting manually resetting them. The app also doesn't update when you run a check-up cycle - according to this app, I've never run one, despite having run the check-up cycle twice this morning (and numerous time since buying

Devices are more than gold! But the app is impossibly, uselessly slow.... [Edit again]. I have to update the stars because we tested the performance problems and indeed, app simply stucks by handling the objects. We noticed also that the progressbar of devices run out of its parent container. Top on these, the popup "discover" suggestions literally freezes the whole process, status requests (should be fully back-end only) basically hangs the app. It was a pain to give feedback through app.

Absolutely horrendous App. The initial setting up requires you to press buttons that don't exist. And when you by chance hit the right button you get access to an App that is so slow you can barely use it. The UI is somewhat user-friendly but again not really usable due to the slow loading times and frequent invisible pop-ups. I have just resorted to using the buttons on the machine because that's faster and more convenient than using the app.
