Just a few short years ago, this was my most favorite app. I had so many Bible studies saved, that I was doing, and I was gladly willing to pay the $7.99 per month because I was that happy with all that was made available. All of a sudden, and without warning, all of my stored studies were gone, I can't even sign in, I keep getting an error message. I have attempted to contact them several times, to no avail, and im still getting charged the $7.99 monthly fee with no way to reach anyone.

It's not free as some have said. You only get 1 video to watch with each lesson, every other video is locked, unless you pay. There is no point watching one video and yet still miss the whole lesson. I found it quite disappointing. Not saying this isn't a good place to learn, but I don't see the point in watching one lesson and not being able to learn more. I wish I could afford it, but no such luck

Great teachings! I do wish that you could watch more for free without always having to buy the book but I also get why they want you to get the book. I have learned so much with these studies and have felt and seen my faith grow so much over the years. I would definitely miss this if it wasn't available.

Unable to use app to view videos. Update as of 12/30/23, I'm still not able to view videos from the app. I can view them thru my TV but not on the phone app. Keeps telling me I don't have a Google play subscription. Which is correct, I pay directly to gateway. Last payment was on 12/14/23. Fix or I will be forced to quit.

Love this app. Each commentary is interesting! Learning so much. Excellent app to go along with my daily study of the Word. I watch the app all time. Uploaded it on Roku and watch it on my phone when I'm not at home. Worth every penny to learn so much about my Lord and an excellent tool in helping me talk with others about Jesus.

I absolutely love Study Gateway!! I haven't had it for very long, but there are so many studies and videos to choose from. All for a low cost each month. I could have bought 2 or 3 Bible study books for the cost of this and they would not be a exciting or interesting without the videos. I think this is the best app I have found yet. Thank you Study Gateway for helping me to learn and grow in my walk with JESUS!!🙏🏼👸✝️🤠

This app is so hard to log into. I keep getting error messages. When I log in.. Nothing!! And then my studies disappear. I don't know what's going on, but this app seems to have a lot of malfunction. I enjoy this app very much, that is, when it is working properly. Please help..

I have a few regrets in life. One of them is signing up for this subscription. It has been absolutely impossible for me to cancel. They make it so you have to email to cancel, which is just ridiculous. Then, they don't answer emails. I am talking over months. I sincerely hope this company is not run by Christians as this is not a biblical way to run a business. Total thieves.
