No option to add my reservations to my Google calendar. No resolution. No possibility to have reservations added to Google calendar. Plus lots of connection issues due to a technical issue on your app. I haven't been able to access my future reservation for several days. No possibility to add my confirmed future to my calendar. No possibility to use the trip protection offered. I constantly get the error message "technical error on our end". Your app was better 10 years ago. Today, it's 0.

This app used to be excellent, but I can no longer consult my future bookings like I could before, quite a problem since I am currently touring between several hotels. You now ask me to give the booking number from the relevant email, but when I do that, the app tells me that it can't find the booking despite an email confirming it (and advance payment having been made). Then I received a message from my next hotel asking me for my ETA. I replied, but the app could not transmit it!

Edit: could make it work this time so 2 stars but app is janky af. Crashed multiple times. Price filter only goes down to 9400¥, can't make it cheaper, and even then hotels for higher prices (before fees) are displayed. Sometimes map doesn't display properly and list gets stuck on top of the map. / Installed. Can't log into my account. Wrong region displayed automatically despite access to geolocation. Fixed the region, tried again. Still can't login (works fine on the website). Uninstalling.

App used to be better... The teaser hotel rate and what you actually pay are very different. Change that please! No one wants to look at one dollar amount per night and then be charged another higher price total just to click on a hotel at a false price per night. Just list the total and simplify it. I'm sure you can figure out how.

"One Key" Cashback rate terrible compared to old system. I used to get 1 free night based on the average price of the last 10 nights, which was the equivalent to 10%. The new "one key" rate is around 1 or 2%. Absolutely ridiculous. Been a Gold customer for years. Absolutely no reason to stay anymore. Booking dot com have a better selection of hotels at a better price.

It's great when it works. On my device it constantly generates "something went wrong on our end" errors, won't let me sign in, claims I'm offline, etc, etc. Nothing I've found to fix it has worked. (Clearing the cache, clearing the data, reinstalling) Thank goodness you can still use the website on Mobile. Otherwise, I don't think you could be confident that you can get your reservation information when you need it.

My experience was not good. use another app like booking. Booked an hotel and the room wasn't ok to stay in. Loud music inside the room and the hotel completely different then what described. Contacted them to find a solution and the customer service confirmed that I can checkout and they will even refund or they will give free credit for next booking. I came back home, contact them many times they said no refund and no credit. They don't really care about helping you as custom.

Wrote a review saying I'm perfectly happy with one key, it's better than the previous version and the rewards system is great. However pointed out after the change I was moved from gold to blue (shoulda kept your original rewards level) the response ...... " we know you're frustrated with one key...." you got that from where exactly ? Oh wait, bot replys.
