I downloaded this app for more convenience for choosing my meals and switching things up. It doesn't allow me to really do anything besides exploring new recipes that are offered. It doesn't even allow me to choose those meals on my next order. Can't change or edit anything besides my info. Very disappointed. Have to try and connect thru email. I'm uninstalling.

This app used to be good but after a recent update it doesn't keep you logged in. It also has made it virtually impossible to view your previously ordered meals which means when they forget to give a recipe card (which happens often) you have to spend 10 minutes trying to track down the exact recipe so that you can cook. It would be nice to go back to seeing exactly the food you ordered and choosing the instructions directly.

Absolutely love! This app and food delivery service has changed the way I cook for the better. I love that I don't have to think about what's for dinner anymore, I just choose from the meals that were delivered. EASY!!! My whole family loves it! We have been doing these meals for over a year with more than 100 recipes done! Thanks hello fresh your top notch 😊

They shipped me a box even though I skipped, I have an email saying my meal was skipped, and I have a screenshot of the app saying "unskip to get your free item" AFTER they charged me. Something wrong happened in the app and they still refused to refund me, I called as soon as the charge hit my account. They told me they could change the meals or the address it was delivered to, but for some reason are unable to refund me for the apps mistake. In addition, meals are constant repeats.

Untransparent pricing; you can't see normal billing details in the app. Annoying pop-ups, annoying doom-scrolling layout. ~$14+ per uncooked meal (serving). Each meal could be bigger, but I am taller than average. The food is good, the recipes are good, the packaging seems good except for the freezer packs which are heavy and need to opened and contents thrown in the trash (mystery substance contents).

Legit....may favorite. I hate cooking but these are so easy to make and need very little equipment. My favorite is that everything is organized for me when it arrives. I just get started right when I get home from work. Exactly what I wanted and doesn't take forever. Soooooo yummy and I can substitute for dietary preferences.

This is for the app only. I had a trial and wanted to cancel, and this is such a huge hassle to cancel. First, you cannot cancel on the app, you have to go the web page, and if you have the app, the the web page redirects you there most of the time. The system fights you a lot to cancel and it's very frustrating to navigate.

This is the 2nd meal delivery subscription I've tried, and I won't ever use another. Every delivery has had fresh ingredients, the recipes are not something I would typically try on my own, but I can never seem to stop raving about every meal! I am so impressed with Hello Fresh and can't recommend it enough!!!
