Paired X6 earbuds with Honor Magic V3 and it recommended using this app to customise them etc. Downloaded it, selected region, accepted notices etc and it does nothing. Any button I press to add devices, login etc just causes a brief "Loading" to flash at the bottom and then nothing... If Honor can't get this to work on their own flagship device then it's not a good sign!

UPDATE: Still not connecting my X7 earbuds despite having the latest AI Space update. It works for my MusicBox M1 however, i just bought Earbuds X7 (from Malaysia) but it's not being detected from the devices. Please fix. Thank you!

The app is great overall but the only thing is it does not list all of their devices in the app. Like right now, I bought the Honor Earbuds X7 and it's not showing.

Doesn't let me log in to the app. Endlessly switches between login screens. I can't add headphones until I log in to the app and it's impossible to log in to the app.

Not the most complex apps for earbuds, you can say its quiet simple but it has the basic and some additional features. Considering Honor was a small company under huawei just until recently, this is to be expected.

The last update wont show my control and manage airpods settings,i cant turn on the game mode for playing games or switch between base to normal etc...pls fix the issues its an important bug

Very stressful since the latest update has messed it up and uninstalled the app and redownloaded the app and it hasn't allowed the earbuds to connect and I cannot factory reset them to connect again and the letter earbuds isn't connecting at all anymore which has really annoyed me since I only recently got these as a gift. Any suggestions to help would be much appreciated as they are practically unusable now as they won't connect properly.
