The worst shopping app I've ever encountered. It keeps disconnecting me from logging in every time I select a product category. It keeps disconnecting me from paying. The categories are hard to find and difficult to use. I don't recommend using it. It will make you irritated and you won't get a good shopping experience. It's better to buy from Zara.

DOING SO MANYYY PURCHASE IN H&M ONLINE AND OFFLINE. the ui/ux design is totally fine but confusing sometimes, when there's a thing that shouldn't be there. there has to be a map to track the package, for now im using website tack mines but it'll be more easy if there's a map. ily h&m xoxo

Nightmare browsing experience. Those who designed the app should try to browse the app, try to find some items, put it in the basket and try to pay on an android phone. You will learn a lot about your customer experience. I mean I love the brand but this is pure negligence.

Cant even get to my account. Reset the password, then still cannot sign in. It always says wrong email or number. Weird apps

Awfully slow, when i went to the check out station it bugged two times. And i have to put in all the info again like the address etc. And when it finally worked and I had paid, i dont know whether the order comes thru or not because when I tried to click the orders section on the account details it wont open. Get better H&M.

The app is somehow does not support credit card payment. I tried several cards everytime I want to proceed the payment and failed numerously. I advised the app developer to fix the issue. I also had the page crashed several times so it was not smooth at all.

My first impression about this app is it works very slow. And the app can't automatically load more products. When I'm scrolling through the products, then I open the details. When I want to back to the previous page, it often takes me to the very first page whereas I already scroll until page 200 or more. It wasting my time and it takes a quite long to scrolling through the last page. Please fix the errors and improve it performance.
