For the first few weeks, everything was going pretty well. The sound quality was not great, but i could deal with that, but suddenly, I keep getting connection problems, and it's always offline. I'm getting very frustrated with it. I have come to the conclusion that the company makes it to where you have to buy storage/cloud upgrade to be able to use this camera regularly. I have updated, formatted, and reloaded with no positive changes to viewing live or recorded footage.

Complete rubbish.. Can not get past registration. Needs a code, click on gets code and pop up says email registered. No email received and no code. So can't register... Yes, my email address is correct & nothing in spam related to this... Made several attempts, with same result.... Is this a scam app to obtain personal information??? Or severly poor development.

This app no good always a problem to connect to network and camera is on keeps saying camera offline the developer of this app really needs to fix the problem with it

Managed to connect to the camera initially, the it got disconnected and haven't been able to reconnect

I don't understand why so many negative reviews, as I find the app to work perfectly well in all functions associated with the camera (which is quite a few). It could do with a design/"looks" revamp, but besides that the app does work very well, on real time, without disconnections or interruptions, when the camera is connected to a 2.4Ghz WiFi network (7 meters away from the router in my case). Only REALLY bad thing is that you must pay twice for cloud if you have 2 cameras so -2⭐ right there.

Set this up, took a while as I had to be next to router but got it to work. As soon as I placed it where ai needed it, it went offline. I have been unable to get it to work since. I have uninstall app, reinstalled, reset camera and followed instructions over and over but it is failing to connect. Absolute waste of time for something that came highly recommended.

This seems to work well for me so far, though only day#1. I wonder if others, who seem to have problems, are being confounded by things like security on their router. For instance, initially, I couldn't get it to work until I remembered that I have Access Control turned on, so a new MAC address (e.g. the new camera) could not get on the wifi. Connected to the router, enabled the MAC address of the camera and bingo. Crisp video with low lag. Perhaps the instructions could help by pointing out likely pitfalls etc., so one star removed. No mention of malware from my trusty S8

Update they updated the app and they are working. My camera's, 3 of them, have been working for about a year now. During that time they go offline at least once a month and I have to go through the "reboot" process. This time when they went offline I noticed that they had updated the app, the app now reads the process to you. At the end where you input your password to connect to your wifi there isn't anything to click on to input it. So now I am left with 3 camera's that don't work.
