I have the i-100 which is compatible in the app I've connected it before but I deleted it because I needed storage once I re downloaded the app after months it wouldn't let me connect again, I tried multiple times even looking up an tutorial but it didn't work I don't know what's wrong with the app.

Doesn't really provide much value other than for changing the lights. Also, stats don't work on many areas of the app, even though it's connected and controllable otherwise. The "Ranger" model isn't listed in the app, but is supported. I get the impression this app is an after thought and way out of date. My daughter likes the board itself though.

you can listen to music really well but the hover 1 app was not connecting to my phone at first. I tried for like a week then I forgave up. Almost a year later I said mabey it might work. I tried and it worked perfectly!!! I don't know why it didn't work last time but other than that it is a really good app. It works for Android's and Apple's. This is a really good app if it connects to your hover 1. I really recommend it!!!

I've seen a lot of the reviews and I wasn't sure if i could control the lights on my brother's. The Hover I'm using is the Eclipes and after I connected and got a look around the app, I was quickly able to use color the functions. I was able to play music too. I don't have any issues with it honestly. I think the developers fixed some bugs for most people by now. Hopefully this is the same for many people because I know the struggle or disappointment of an app not working.

The app worked very well when I first installed to my phone. Connected to my hoverboard without any problems too. That was the first and only time it worked. WORKED ONE TIME!! Now it will not connect to my hoverboard. I even tried uninstalling the app and re-connecting my hoverboard to it... Still not working. I'll continue to play with the connection though. Kinda disappointed, I liked being able to change the colors on my board.

The box says it's compatible with the app. The app connects, but I can't choose my model and it's says if you don't see it, then it may not be compatible. Also while it is connected to the app it says to connect in settings. In settings it says you need the app. Which I do. Also the lights won't change thru the app. Really frustrating.

Does this app support H1 helix hoverboard. I bought it because it says on best buys website product specs that you can control the lights with the app, it also says that you can see the speed and battery life. I was not able to connect the app to the hoverboard. I was able to connect my phone to the hoverboard and it plays music just fine but the app just keeps scanning and never finds the hoverboard. Why are so many reviews stating the same issue. Why would you advertise the app when selling the H1 when the app obviously does not work? That's false advertisement in the USA, not sure if it's different in China

buttons for settings and connect are at the way top corners, and for my phone, that's the swipe down menu area (Android 10 Moto). Any help? board is very unstable, my guess i need "beginner" mode but can't get to it. {Edit after further research it seems this is only at best buy (superfly model) and isn't even on the manufacturer website} either very new or barely recognized as "theirs"} and it was defective with ios device once paired, "disconnected" even though connected. No board info either
