The game is incredibly great! But based on my experience, after I play the game for 2 or 3 days and when I already have the salon and pool area, it just wouldn't let me play anymore! The screen goes black or sometimes, it says watch an ad for extra money but when I press it, it doesn't even work! Please fix it. I really love the game. :<

So, the game is really cute, I had it on another device.. HOWEVER, that device broke & I saw no way to recover my progress, which included purchases, without the old device as you need to enter a cloud code, so I sent an email to CS asking for help, annnnd.... have not received a response😡 I sent it months ago, so CS is non existent 4 this game! So PLAYER BEWARE: If anything happens to your game or device it's on, you loose everything, purchases included! Has no Bkup/sync, but wants $, SCAM! 😔

this is a very cute game but I wasn't really sure if it's offline since today I tried it with no wifi and said it needed wifi to continue, the concept of this game is good but my problem is that I can't watch ads? when I watch ads I get a blank screen and get teleported back to the game, and sometimes it freezes my screen then log off suddenly, it really annoys me hope you guys can fix that bug or it's just my phone😔 overall it's very good recommended❤️🥰

It's amazing! ✋😭 Like, I don't know how to explain it-. But it's sometimes laggy. Even when my Internet is perfectly fine, but that isn't really a problem, so, yeah, no need to fix that! Overall, this is amazing game. It has such cute characters and music. Specially the sounds! They are really detailed! And yeah, I definitely recommend this! 5 stars!!! 👌

This is such a cute game. It's simple and easy, something you can do while doing something else. Not a bunch of intrusive ads either, just ones that give you boosts. I'm not understanding the point of the employees yet as I hired one who was supposed to pick up the rewards for me, but he isn't doing that. There also really needs to be a way to auto promote, by just watching an ad perhaps. The little text about customers and staff and the things they say while resting are all super cute. There are some images with little sayings that pop up sometimes and I'm not sure why or where to retrieve those. All in all it's a very cute and simple game to collect things and upgrade your store. I like it.

I love this game. Unfortunately, I've experienced a bug where the loading screen just places me at a black screen without any game features loading beyond the gem promo page. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall because then I would lose all of my progress and the gems I earned/spent in the store. This is not my first time experiencing this bug either. I think the game is really fun but there are lots of bugs throughout that prevent it from truly shining.

A very simple relaxing game - and the fact ads are an optional incentive rather than automatic is a plus. However, the game is imbalanced, imo. In the beginning, it's extremely easy to level up, and then you hit a wall where it's near impossible in some areas. A more steady gradual increase of difficulty would make it more enjoyable.

It lags WAY too much. To get in thr actual game, you have to get out and in like ten times before you manage to start the game, and it wouldn't even let me accept the privacy policy. I would keep clicking on the button "ACCEPT" and it wouldn't do anything. When I went out of it and gpt back in, it finally loaded and it let me play. It lagged so much, I couldn't even play. I uninstalled the game since it was lagging my whole phone, could be a nice game without the lag, but I gave up trying.
