I'm going to be generous and give it 2 stars, the extra star is for trying. When i picked up my car it worked for the drive home and then for the rest of the day it was connected to the car but when i got home it didn't record the rest of the trips. Unfortunately it also will keep the GPS active on your phone draining the battery while in use. Also on that note it can take a good 5mins for it to realise the car is off and you are not near the car before it will decide to disconnect. When asking if you want to exit the app will still keep it running and draining the battery till it decides that it wants to turn off. There needs to be a major update for things to get fixed, i do like the concept but the execution has let it down.

Pretty good app, really like the economical driving assessment and the near real time information updates. Parking management super helpful too. Driving history is a bit hit & miss. It either doesn't record or doesn't record route properly. My only assumption is that it only updates with gps coordinatea when it records an event or action. Sometimes it doesn't recognise the car is on. I either restart the app, wait a minute, or in rare circumstances, restart the car. I also try doing the module configuration to reconnect the phone to the module and that seems to work.

I've had this app for a while and have just attempted to install it on a new phone. Echoing the reviewers below, I can confirm that you straight up can't even complete the registration anymore, even with the correct information. Given that this app is now completely unusable, one star is a forced kindness.

The GPS tracking feature doesn't seem to work properly with Android 8. Wishing it could show me whether my car was last seen locked, and what the last seen tyre pressures were. Have to chuckle each time I open the trunk, since the alert the app makes when this happens makes the "Hey!" sound on my pixel XL.

If you are getting an error message when logging in that says "Network is unstable" it means you have a special character in your myHyundai password. Change your password to not have the special character and you should be good. Yes, it's awful that this is even an issue, and is really a security issue.

app crashes constantly. I think this is the main reason for all the does not connect complaints. it does it in the background. I found it crashing in my system reports on s9 and now same s10. I also noticed if you start car and jump into D in a rush or R it will not connect. but assuming app has not already crashed in background and you start car wait about 15 seconds then set D or R it goes ok the devs really need to fix the crash bug. I'd report it but because it's background android does

FIX THIS APP!!! Doesn't work 9 times out of 10.. I go to record my trip and not responsive at all.. embarrassing when going to show friends how cool this app is.. and next minute fail! not even doing what it says it should.. get your stuff together!!!

Shows current data (fuel, battery, tyre pressure, engine load etc). Never saves or gives any stats in the dashboard view, utterly pointless. Also you need to rememeber to turn it on everytime you use the car. Why can't it fire up automatically when Bluetooth connects?
