You should put the English language option in the app. Unfortunately it's only in Italian language. And all the time you open the app, you have to check in. It's very annoying once you have to type a long code and when you intercalate between another apps on the phone, you miss all the information typed.

PLS fix the bug regarding password save! In the loading password, it take always the wrong the one , not the same that I give in previously!! Per favore sistema il bug, la password salvata quando faccio loading dal profilo salvato,prende sempre la sbagliata o manca qualche carattere Eg: Salvo pwd 124stella! Lui nel loading password prende solo 123stell...... -.-|| .....

It's just complete rubbish. It's a web page hidden in a frame frame called "app". The are no usefull differences from the web portal and there are all the horrible difects of the web page. Useless, removed!

App deletes form fields when I try to write them. For example, I write the ID, then go to password, start typing there, and the ID deletes in the meantime. I'm unable to log in.

Just started using it and so far good but I'm yet to know the efficiency of your services. UPDATE: WARNING📵Please everyone!!! Stay away from ILIAD if you don't want to be scam or be listening to their customer care about unreasonable stories after lodging complaints.They will debit the balance on your SIMCARD for national calls which is free on all internet providers and they will refuse you in their favour to select between their offers. You can't switch from €9.99 to€7.99. Bad experience...

Iliad is the worst sim I have ever used I just moved from Vodafone to ilad for a month and the network sucks,it's not even worth giving 1 single star and the service is the worst.please I request everyone not to use it.i live in Italy and the network doesn't work on the trains and metros.worst worst worst worst

Every time I open the app it asks me to log in and when I do it never shows anything in fact it comes back to the login page so I am unable to see anything other than the login page.
