I miss this app so much, it's stopped working for new downloads a year or so ago. The other ones made by this company don't do the same things as 8bit and the pro versions cost way more ($50 vs $3), which I wouldn't mind paying if they could deliver like the 8bit app. I'm not sure why, perhaps it was too costly to update it and this company would rather invest in other apps that make more money. But this app was a means for expression and I hate this temporary culture. The product was perfect.

Tons of fun! Worth every penny. I've owned the pro version of this app for probably over 5 years now and it's a blast to play around with. I will say that the features available in the free version are very limited; however, the pro version is a one time purchase and if you're a loser nerd like me you'll absolutely get your money's worth Edit: The app now gives an error when I try to install! Please fix 🥺

Like others, I paid for the pro version and now the app seems to have been abandoned. The other apps by the dev have not. Functionally of this app appears to have been incorporated to one of the other apps for a subscription, or one time purchase of $50. But I already paid for this app. The worst part is no communication from the developer. A credit towards the new app would be awesome. But at the same time, who knows when future "purchases" would simply disappear. Unfortunate.

Been using the Pro version regularly for 3 years now and still really love playing around with it. The only issues I have are there's no easy way to save randomised settings as presets, and every time I do save a preset the order they're in changes with no obvious way to rearrange them by name or date etc.

EDIT: I loved this app until I got the Pixel 8. I can no longer install it. Will gives 5 stars again if I can actually use it. First filter app I have installed as it is the first one that has actually interested me. Simple to use if you want to keep it basic but with a lot of room for complexity. Upgraded within 30mins of purchase to pro version.

Help please? So I've gotten paid versions of all this specific devs app. I've used them for years and always loved the ability to put together a 0retty decent edit, on my phone. Til now, so I got a pixel 7 pro yesterday. Now for the most part, chromalab, glitchlab, and mirrorlab all started and finished downloading and installing like everytime before. But when I get to 8 bit, the app will download, just like always. But as soon as it starts to install, the download button pops back up.

Of all the image editing apps by this developer, this one is the one I use the least. But that's not because it's bad, far from it in fact. This app is amazing and perfect if you want to go for a retro-esque feel on your images, and like the other apps by this developer, it does its job flawlessly. The only reason this one gets the least amount of use for me is simply that I don't often go for retro style images. When I do however, this app is perfect for the job, and I have no complaints

😻 Excellent app and good quality photos even for the free version it's been my daily go-to. Something that would take hours (as a visually impaired person) in GIMP or other apps, takes just seconds (and a few seconds more for higher processed images). I'll go for a paid Gold on payday. You guys oughtta consider developing a video app as well with FX since a lot of today's phones/tablets are powerful enough to do so 😸 Android lacks these apps and would pay at least $30 for it. Cheers!
