App us not helping. Website either doesn't help. Ppl don't answer calls in costumer service centre.. dates are not correct. Why did the drivers take fees for delivery while my shipment is already paid previously?

They have the worst customer service team on the planet. I haven’t received my shipment, and the fault was 100% on their end. I spent nearly a week chasing them everywhere, and they did not respond to me. Their customer service email seems to exist just for appearances because they never actually respond to it. I imagine they have thousands of unread emails in their inbox. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal with them. I suggest using any alternative rather than relying on this company.

The worst shipping company you could ever deal with. They have no customer service, and the delivery agent calls you daily for four consecutive days, claiming they will deliver the package but never show up. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.

The worst delivery ppl, they dont respect the customer at all they don't answer the phone or msgs! They send msg for location, and I reply directly for my location and am waiting for him! After that he does not come! And they send msgs that (we missed your location)!!!! How come! Very bad experience and not professional

The app is VERY LIMITED. You cannot rebook anything here and says contact customer care where no one picks up! Please provide a working number for your customers - cheap shipping fee cheap services. UPDATE 23.03.2022 The App has improved a lot. Its now easy to schedule and update addresses. Plus it's now max 2 days for my parcel to get delivered. Customer Service has become very responsive and helpful! I just wish you add a feature of online payment instead of cash :-)

Don't use them, they can delay your delivery and they never care if it's an urgent delivery or how many times you call them they will keep ignoring your issue and will never help you. Useless contact center and the team don't have the authority to help you. Although the courier team is helping the company to fail. A very bad experience with imile
