Please get yourself some skilled people behind this application and make it usable. It has been a long time that new application UI not usable at all. Can't even place a simple channeling booking and just full of useless errors. Typical Dialog being Dialog, you guys don't have a single proper customer facing application. Outsource this to a start-up and they will probably do a way better job. Cheers!

Nothing functions like it's supposed to. Uninstalling now since it's channelling service absolutely refuses to work, which is especially frustrating since all the app does is mirror the website (which still functions well). This app used to be incredible and effective, especially during the pandemic, but seems to have been neglected by the developers as of late.

Adding to the previous comment, the apps' channeling page doesnt work at all now and it doesnt show any older bookings. Aslo as adviced in the previous comment, A message was sent to the mentioned mobile number but no response at all. No use. After the new update, some functions are not working. You can't go back using the < , When you go to channelling page and select a doctor and a date, if there aren't any sessions, then to go back to the channelling main page, the < icon doesn't work.

advt loading slows down the app. When trying to pay for a booking by Credit card, the app resets the moment we switch to our email(or SMS) in order to view the received OTP for the transaction!. So it is impossible to use this app if the payment method selected is 'Credit Card'. It might work if the user has enabled notification for the SMS App but it is not a wise workaround to suggest as the users most probably disable notifications for the SMS app for a reason.

Most frustrating app of the year. Can't press the back button it resets the session, can't check OTP it resets the entire season. OTP request for password reset never came after trying more than 15 times. Use the webpage.

The app is currently unusable. Unable to make a channel through the mobile app, as a "Page not found" error is occurring. And WhatsApp team not supported

Channelling page not found.its the basic functionlity and not working. No need for assistance.because it was working before and I used this for many years.so no problem from my side.

Not working always. No point if having an App it reset the search every time when need to move back or forward within the app.
