It works well, and I enjoy using the app, but doesn't have the same functionality as the desktop version. Given that agents are constantly on the go, it would be an amazing app if they could find a way to integrate it all into the mobile version.

I use the app through eXp Realty. Web version is pretty good, but this app is not. Whatever update was done earlier this year didn't help with some of the things other reviews mentioned. Texting is sluggish and often freezes unless I close all other apps first. The "timeline" for leads doesn't load if it gets too long, or at least that is what it seems. The labels for changing status don't show up for me when I click on the button to update say from a new lead to active lead...on and on it goes

Even worse than the previous version. Literally lost a potential client because it automatically set up a drip campaign with an automated message I didn't even know it was going to send. I never entered the person's info into the crm. Then it emailed him asking him idiotic questions. He thought they were from me and that I didn't listen to him during our initial conversation. Thanks a lot!

This app is the worst CRM connected App I have ever used. I can't type a single sentence response to any text messages received from Leads, it freezes and then locks my phone (Galaxy S22 Ultra) up, no issues with any other apps. I always have to go and use my PC / Laptop to reply, so much for having access at your fingertips. It needs a major overhaul!!!

Not as accurate as the site. I wish the timeline was exact for what was sent and received for every contact. If I didn't have to use this app for my brokerage I'd uninstall. This is the worst app for trying to run a real estate business. The website is the only useful asset. This app constantly has issues with loading, and the information is unorganized when it does finally load. It's just one of the worst apps I have to use for business. I'd attach screenshots if I could.

This is not good. It makes my phone soooo laggy everytime open it and it's ONLY this app. This was on my last phone and now a brand new phone too. When I get a text and click to open the notification it takes forever to open, if it ever opens. And a lot of times when it does open it'll be to a totally different contact.

This app is so slow to load, and barely works on my Samsung. Sometimes it doesn't even load my contacts and then it takes a long time to load any information or communication from them. Please fix this or update this I've never seen the CRM system that is this unusable on mobile apps. Also we have a smart number for our team and I can't figure out how to call out from it. Easy to do on my computer when it calls my phone and makes it plus 1 to make the call but not working on mobile.
