Registering an account doesn't work ("Fill in all fields" when everything is filled in?). The help link is broken. Not sure what else to say, doesn't seem to do much of anything. Also this gem from the privacy policy: "In light of the above we have come to the conclusion that our legitimate interest outweighs your interest of not having your personal data processed for these purposes."

The years later and no better... Poor Google home integration means it is yet another standalone home control app you will need. Devices show up in Google home and now supports one action: On/Off; making it basically useless. Also the app thinks in Celsius so in Fahrenheit it will only change settings in 2 degree increments. Features on the website have never been delivered too. Lost ability to set min/max temp limit on device. Can't set min temp less than 60F

Absolute garbage. Doesn't allow you to set-up via bluetooth unless you're running Android 9 or older. If don't have a device that old, you're out of luck.

Working in the HVAC-R industry for almost 20yrs and this controller does very minimal compared to other third party controllers on the market. It only has some of the features that are on the remote which is very disappointing. Not to mention the connectivity is very clunky. I have 2 in my house and no considering ripping out the MHI units and installing another brand that has Wifi enabled. Possibly a TCL

Using the android app it's impossible to do the initial controller set up via Bluetooth. Had to use an iPad, which worked straight away, to do the initial install. Once the controller was connected to wifi I was then able to connect the controller to the android app. I tried a pixel 7 and Samsung S21 Ultra and both had the same issue. Controller paired via Bluetooth but just got stuck in a loading loop.

can't use it, cannot receive confirmation email to register, not in Junk, spam or bin. Tried multiple gmail accounts on multiple platforms, (android/windows) cannot request a password or reuse any names or emails.

Works, for basic on/off functionality. Features missing that are available on the air con remote (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries) - timer/sleep timer - eco/high power mode - auto fan speed (!!) The unit itself was very clunky to get going. Not impossible, but if I gave it to my sparky and he threw it at me in a fit of rage I'd understand why.

Very basic function On, Off, fan manual only no auto, U/D fin no use of L/R fins most of program functions, Sleep and Timer on the Mitsubishi HI remote are not available and are also no longer available on remote since WiFi added. Have contacted MHI Support who confirm this is the case. If I had know this would be the case that the Intesis WiFi disconnects most of the Advanced features for Avanti Plus I would not have installed them. I'm thinking of having them removed. Very poor product.
