Updated! I have sent an email to them as requested below still no response they still trying to charge me. Been using their service for a long time, and I can honestly say they are terrible to deal with now, they borderline fraud, and you get overcharged fines even if it was discounted the supplier would pay discounted and you'll pay full, rude staff, and helpless customer service, even their legal team far from legal or professional. I will end my subscription this month and go somewhere legit.

Poor customer service even after calling customer service directly and raising my issue they didn't respond. I myself mail lot of time but no response they only says we will check and let you know after 2 weeks of returning car they are sending mail that you have to pay for this and that.. You have to be accountable towards your customer. And provide reasonable and helpful service. Thank you

Don't rent a car from this company. Run!!!! They delivered the car first day battery dead. Car stopped in the middle of the road. I waited 3 hours. Second day I realised inside mirrors are broken and covered the front glass and effects the view of the road. I explained the situation too many times but they don't care at all. I waited 2 days for replacing the car. You are not able to coordinate. You didn't do your part of the contract because of you I was struggling since 3 days!

I had a horrible experience with this company, they are just not useful its better to go find a good rental agency and rent directly from them. In case anything happens you are on your own they don't do anything and they have a very backward process where you file a request and wait for weeks until they do anything and its too late already. I've been renting from this company for a very long time almost a year, i regret it so much i don't know why i kept paying for this inconvenience.

I used this application 2 times now, and it's not worth it. The invygo staff are good, but the rental companies staff is not helpful at all they barely reply, and their service is very bad. I'm deleting the app after I return the car and never use it again. If there's a zero star, I would rate it lower.

First booking and I have no visibility if the car will be delivered or not No contact number to follow-up And their app keeps crashing after the update ### Sent email to your suggested email address but no response for 48 hours Don't like to put give negative feedback but it's really surprising how anyone can think of operating without a communication channel .....

I booked a car for three months on the app and did my payment as well but now the app doesn't open nor has anyone contacted for delivering the car from Invygo team. I would increase the stars if my problem is resolved.

Worst experience with invygo. Subscribed to a lease to own car. Made all the payments on time including the final payment. It took them 4 months to transfer the car ownership in my name after countless emails, calls and followups. They have even disabled thier HelpLine!! Do not use Invygo !!! Since they do not operate under a CR in KSA, so you cannot make a complaint against them in SAMA as well !! They are crooks !
