Just got it going. So far it works well! Pretty easy to set up. It would be nice to be able adjust the ranges of orp and ph like I can with temperature. I like the pH on the lower side and orp a little higher than what the green range is.

App doesn't allow you too add chemicals unless its iopool chemicals. I have a mix of iopool and other brands of chemicals(because they're always out of chemicals) & I can't add them to my inventory or complete the treatment because it thinks I don't have certain chemicals. The measurements are also terrible. What's on the container, what's the app tells you and the scoop that you have to buy from them are all different & have to be converted.

The device and app work well for pH and alkalinity balancing of a hot tub. But they way it handles the disinfection potential of the water in the tub does not work well if you are using an ozonator. But if you understand why that is...it's not hard to work around. But if you don't understand that...using this could be problematic.

great support team. I wish they had a widget for Android so I can get a quick glance on the pool without opening the app. The notifications are not very useful.

I'm legally blind and this app helps me a lot. It's much easier for me to look at the numbers then to compare colors on a chemical paper. My pool has been a lot more clean with far less algae breakouts. The time savings and simplicity make this app and product well worth it.

Giant waste of money. The test strip they give you reads different than the device even when you report the readings. The eco gateway has never worked that great either. Support is basically non-existent. Save your money. Edit: your seeing my readings on Nov 4th from the readings to my phone, NOT from over the gateway. And it makes now sense that the app wouldn't reflect the test strip after reporting a new reading using the test strip to the app.

Great customer service, but wanting more. I would love for this to be able to measure alkalinity and calcium hardness on demand. I still have to manually check these with a test strip. The customer service has been great, and the product, including gateway has worked very well.

It was not crashing for me before this latest release. Now it does at startup so it's unusable. I have to go back to test bands until this gets fixed. Deleting the cache and app data fixed the problem. Would have been good to suggest that in release notes
