After the latest update, the map from my Roomba J7 is not retrievable anymore by my Braava M6. I had no problem doing this until the update. I tried rebooting, factory resetting, removing the M6 from my account then readding it... the retrieval option is just not there anymore. In addition, the app forces me to map the house with the M6 everytime I launch the app, I can't even access the Roomba interface anymore unless I start the mapping with the M6. A ruined experience...

Perhaps it's pure coincidence but since the last app update my old 671 doesn't find its way back to the home base and it just stalls out in the middle of the floor (it's not stuck under anything). I regularly clean dust and dog hair from the little front wheel so it can move about freely and head home when its battery is low. Is there any way to roll back the app to the previous version? If I can do that, I promise I won't install any future updates. Other than that, Roomba does a great job.

The favorites section is infuriating. Can't save after changing the name without changing something else, I do that, then it wants to create a new favorite. I finally figure it out so I can rename my favorite and then get an error trying to run it. Also, showing all favorites for both my Roombas makes no sense, I have one for each floor, they cannot ever use the same settings/map.

Wow what happened to you guys? I used to be able to use my robot without having to use my phone. It was great to be able to do both , not everything required a phone and a connection. This wouldn't be so bad if the app wasn't terrible and the robot didn't fail so many jobs, half the time it can't dock. My old roomba 980 works significantly better than every modern device I've purchased from you guys. The app updates have made it all garbage over the years and it just gets progressively worse.

Overall, pretty good operation. Just recently, the circular light won't go off even though I have it set to no lights. I have it in my bedroom and the light is keeping me awake! Seems like a glitch/bug. I've tried resetting it and it hasn't helped. Also it seems to be smiling some rooms in scheduled cleans now. Could all be the update?

The app is still pretty glitchy after all these years, and the user interface is often not intuitive. Failure to connect errors are common even with a strong WiFi signal. Jobs that are interrupted by a low battery can be problematic to complete after recharge, especially if the robot was working in a secondary location, like another floor. The app is also not intuitive or helpful when the bin is full in an area inaccessible to the base station; where's the option to "empty bin" or to restart?

Impossible to start a new job that is not a favourite lately. The button is hidden in the modal bottom sheet. I assume it is related to Android 15 changes, but for users on the Beta, it makes it almost unusable. Update: App is still useless, but at least now I've been able to have some unproductive email conversations with an ai "support person"

All of a sudden the app things my roomba had a hybrid bin. There is a permanent message saying to tap learn more if this is incorrect but there is no button. Additionally, the option to run the empty bin is no longer there and the vacuum does not empty itself after finishing a job. This isn't the first time updates have broken functionality. My roomba is now virtually inoperable thanks to latest changes
