J. J. Is difficult to connect to when trying to log in to a vehicle! It will lose connection and then you have to try to reconnect again several times until it connects. It keeps you on driving even after you have parked. The 3 circles stay and you are not able to change your status manually. Very frustrating app for a driver!!!! Dispatchers are not able to get real time location of the vehicles. Or it will show it in some other place then it actually is.

Keeps crashing, keep wanting access to all my pictures. It'll discofrom truck off and on. Sometimes I have to keep install and unstall couple of times b4 it'll work rite. It'll sometimes tells me that it has a bug in it and update it and it's up to date. It has gotten worse.

Absolute trash... app won't read from the ELD and switch off driving mode ALOT. Then app will crash and won't open up. Have to uninstall it then reinstall to fix it only for it to do it again the next day... pure trash.

The routine of having to kill,restart,babysit my angry ELD app for 3 or 4 minutes while holding up the line at the fuel island or parking lot, because the app says I'm driving while fueling, or bluetooth failed or whatever, is all too familiar. it defies Android icon conventions, it kicks out of personal conveyance just when you told it not to, and the list goes on and on. Trust the 1000+ people whose rating is an average 2.5 stars out of 5. I think they're too optimistic, actually. Since 2020.

Terrible customer service only support is Monday to Friday. And they always find a reason to blame the drivers for the issues like were not on the current update. They never really fix the problem so you could really get into a pickle if DOT checks your log.

Much improved after my initial review. Crashes less, although it still hangs up here and there. Making the discovery feature optional is nice. (6/30/19) ** Very buggy...crashes quite a bit. Clunky log on, having to "find" the truck, or wait for it to fail before you can go on duty. Overall, it does work, but is the worst elog app I have ever used.

Annoying. My company uses this eld and Google maps to sort our routes on the same device. Keller mobile will close Google maps at every stop light, stop sign, slow traffic scenario. In bumper to bumper city traffic my map closes and kellermobile pops up showing my hours!? I don't care. I just want to get to my customers. I can't tell you how many times a day I have to try and reopen a map that I really need, and close kellermobile, which I don't need, WHILE DRIVING. Also, app crashes daily.

The app is getting a little better, I raised by 1 star from 2 to 3. Suggestion: We don't always log in to the truck to start our on duty time. Sometimes we are just working on something, or checking chains or whatever. The point being, it would be nice if the app would just start and we could connect to a truck later if we had to, instead of waiting for it to find a truck that's not there for 5 minutes, before going on duty.
