Updated to two stars instead of one. Unfortunately this app hardly works for me. I paid for the special membership and registered, and it only worked for a little while. Now when I try to load any images all I get is a blank screen, and it will only let me post text and not photos, also giving me a blank screen. Its very hard to use.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with an app launch. It crashed TWICE when an artist made a post, and I can't even post anything because I have to verify my phone number, which is fine by itself, but it WON'T SEND THE VERIFICATION CODE!! and now, bc it isn't working, they have just disabled support for the SMS verification code for US/Canada. So now I'm just not able to do anything but see and like posts.

Finally got verified! The app keeps crashing if too many ppl access it all at once. Also, why can't I see the original post when I get the notification? That would be nice. 1/14 Overall the app has improved a lot! Less crashing, just goes slow at times due to member posting. Wish I had the option to choose light and dark mode though. 1/17 It's getting better! Why can't I see who liked my post on my comment though 1/29

It's definitely working better after the new update, but PLEASE fix the notifications feature. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, but 9 times out of 10, it doesn't. The app itself has a lot of potential, but definitely a long ways to go, and I understand it still in beta. Thank you for your hard work! Fighting!!!

So many issues! Keeps crashing. Won't load. Unable to verify anything. This app may be new but it's complete trash right now. Some of the bugs should have been addressed before launching. UPDATE: Fans app has been working great since the initial launch problems. I changed the rating to 4 stars. Very much improved! Thanks

I see I'm having the same problem as everyone else. I can't log in with my 3rd gen membership, it won't verify my phone number, won't send me an email verification code, and support isn't responding to any kind of inquiries. On top of all that, even if I enter without verification, the community navigation goes black or crashes the app every time I try to look at an artist's posts. I know it's not even been 48 hours, but these are some serious flaws. No more stars until they get fixed.

The app has potential, but still need improvements. Last update changed the background from black to white. I wish I can change background back to black or another dark color because white is hurting my eyes. I like that I can edit my posts after I already post them and it allow me to post pics. I wonder if it will allow small clips, such GIF in the future. Hopefully the app will improve after it's beta period. Still grateful I have a place to interact with SKZ and STAYs.

I get that this is a brand new app and that's it's still in beta testing after 2 days, but it constantly crashing whenever the artists post on there or NOT ALLOWING US/CANADA PHONE VERIFICATION is ridiculous and should be fixed. EXPEDIOUSLY. Once they fix it, I might give it a higher rating, but right now, this is ridiculous and shows how underprepared they were for the traffic they knew was going to be on the app from their artists' fans.
