It's ok. After all these years this company still hasn't developed an easily navigated menu. For example there are five steps, depending on which way you navigate, to get to the form option. Another annoyance in the app is the notification question whether to receive notifications.. there's not an option to deny them completely. The last problem with this app is it doesn't keep accurate logs. Every duty change is 15 minute intervals. Explaining the problem to customer service is always a waste.

This log will get you a 'Form and Manner' violation if you're not careful. For example if you get fuel and do a post trip, but you use yard move to get to a parking spot it will erase your entry. Additionally, I was on a very rough gravel road recently and the interface box fell off my dash. I got hit for -14 points on my safety score for 'hard braking'!!! I would seriously advise anyone installing an eld in their tractor to find anything else besides Motive.

Awesome ELD app. Easy to use, if a problem should arise they are simple to fix. I've been using KT since ELD's we're mandatory and have only had an issue twice. I can't understand why people can't figure it out. It doesn't get any easier. Update: I stand corrected, every time there's an update the app gets a little more complicated. Complicated is not user friendly. Apparently they aren't aware of this. They're based in California so it doesn't surprise me at all.

Had omnitracs worked flawlessly. This thing is a complete pos. I'm ready to leave trucking after dealing with this system. We would be better off with pay phones and trippak. Won't work for teams you have to search and search for everything on it. Logs out all the time disconnects all the time.

Speed limits are highly inaccurate so drivers are going to be dinged for speeding on roads where they are not speeding. The only thing motive says when you talk to their help and support is that they are working on it and have been working on it for months now. If an app like Google maps can get the speed limits right, why can't motive.

This app gets worse with every update. Now I have to update my truck and trailer number daily during Pre-Trip and go through everything and give it a thumbs up when before you could just hit save. Also they claimed the edit issue was fixed the previous update

So far, I haven't too many issues with this. Other than sometimes when I go to off duty, it won't. It's like it froze to driving..and I've tried setting it to on duty, and same thing. Bugs perhaps????

Hate the new update. I use this in place of a paper logbook. (Non ELD) Per company requirement. I don't mind it. But it is absolutely ridiculous that when I go into the drive line it wants a location and a comment. Now I gotta type in DRIVING / DRIVING everytime. Because for example if I start my day in Ann Arbor, MI and drive for 7 hours and 45 minutes this logbooks is gonna look wrong if it shows me "driving" in Ann Arbor, MI for 7 hours and 45 minutes.... fix this please...
