You enter all your personal information, finally get to the agree screen and like everyone else says there's an error. It seems like a scam. That's why the ratings are so low. Don't believe them when they say it's fixed, it's NOT. Thought my luck would be better than the other victims, but no.

Prompt on phone says to download the appt to see all of your claims and benefits. But when you use the app, nothing happens. No claims are viewable. Unable to use filters, app just doesn't allow you to click on anything. Super disappointed considering this company has no weekend customer service.

I downloaded the app and registered back in January when I received all my info in the mail, as the mailed information suggested. I had to do a factory reset on my phone and redownload the app recently. I've constantly tried to re-register because it said my email was invalid whenever I clicked forgot username. Now it just tells me invalid every time I try to finish re-registering. Idk what else to do and I'm extremely frustrated with this app when its SUPPOSED to make my insurance/life easier.

I made an account. That had it's own complications, but whatever. When I finally get signed in, I'm greeted by an error and half a GUI that isn't responsive. Actually, let me try something real quick... Nope. It's totally broken on my Pixel 3.

A year later and nothing has been fixed. This app is completely useless to track claims for individual family members. The insurance card available within the app is impossible to read. I was told by helpline don't bother using this app and go directly to the website.

Unable to complete registration, kept getting an error saying my info was incorrect while trying to create a user name and password. Stupid app for bad insurance. Uninstalled.

Everytime I attempt to log in I get a message that indicates something went wrong. I uninstalled then reinstalled the app. I am still getting the same message.

every time I log in to look at benefits it sends me back to the app store. also I don't like how it doesn't save user info or it doesn't allow me to use biometric signin. this app is horrible.
