This app ran better on my last two phones (Pixel 3a & 5a respectively) than it does on my new Pixel 7. Even if you pop to another window for a second, the entire app has to reboot every time you access it. It almost never shows the banner on the lock screen despite having permission to, and 9 out of 10 times I have to open the app for any info at all. On the bright side, it's better than Google's native app, which always resets my location to Seattle.

Love the app but the widget (which I rely on and use the most) is absolutely unstable, never refreshes and 70% of the time displays no data.

The banner notification just shows clouds. This is new and not helpful. Alaskans need to know the temp. It's cloudy at some point most every day. When that is the case this app considers the weather for the entire day as cloudy. Again, not helpful. They fixed it! Thanks!

It gives you a percentage of chance for precipitation but does not say total accumulation. Although it does show sunrise time that's all it shows doesn't show Dawn, no Gain no loss to o amount of daylight hours also if you want to look at the hourly you have to scroll all the way down or go to the menu which is kind of lame , there's better ones out there

This is a great weather app, for weather in Alaska. I would have gave it 5 stars but there are a couple of things I don't like: 1. Can't change the opacity of the widget. 2. No overall quick view of temperatures in other locations. Have to manually open each location to see the temp.

If this is ALASKA's weather source, then WHY are all the weather videos and weather news focused on, centered on, and including only the Anchorage area? It seems more like ANCHORAGE's weather source. Well, South Central, at least.🤬. It NEEDS to include, at the very least, something on all 7 regions. >>>> I DO like the app, I just wish the DEVELOPERS would be more thoughtful. I DO HATE the ads. If it included more on/in Fairbanks, W/O ads, I would even be willing to pay for it! (-RosieFbxAK)
