Was working fine until the most recent update. When using controls to pull slides and awnings in or out, it'll go for a second, stop, keep going, stop, like it's stuttering. Edit 11/11/24: This was fixed a while ago, just realized I never updated my review. Everything works as it should.

Unfortunately for me, the app worked fine until it didn't.... *Update Sept 24,2024* After reaching out to Lippert Cust. Care, with a minimum of effort, my issues were resolved, and the app appears to be working normally again. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is that it doesn't stay active when I change windows, i.e., get a call or check the weather, etc.

This app will not run on my Samsung S24Ultra phone. I can't go back to my old phone, but it works on my Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra... but who wants to walk around with a huge tablet to control the devices. Actually, it will start. But it wont connect to my camper. it shows the wifi connection being disconnected. Any help to get this working on my new phone will go leaps and bounds for usability and my rating!

Complete $#!t. Won't connect by WiFi, keeps crashing, and shuts itself off. It says that "OneControl closed because this app had a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error." When is that exactly? How many actually have an active WiFi signal while out camping anyway? Makes more sense to have Bluetooth connectivity via phone or tablet. Oh, and without the camera? I just put an 8" hole through a brand new toy hauler ramp that I JUST fricking bought TODAY!!

I've spent the last hour trying to pair bluetooth and use my rv camera. Instructions are poor: for example "go to rv 'gateway which is in the kitchen '-it is a black box with antenna that looks l like a router..." if that doesn't connect, try entering SSID and pw, which doesn't work either, and the automatic "find my rv to connect" doesn't work unless you are connected. I'll keep trying and call dealer but very frustrated with this **&**? App.!

It's terrible to try and connect. I was able to connect once at the dealership, and they even told me that the connection isn't usually good on these. Just disappointing to purchase something that is worse than a paper weight. Why isn't the manufacturer even looking at the reviews to try and improve? I'm looking I to replacing with a Furrion, which is disappointing to have to do with a new trailer.

The app will not connect to my lippert rear camera. When about my phone into airplane move I am finally able to relatively often connect to the camera and displace the stream. Frustration has set in that their email address for this app appears to not be valid per the response in received when trying to send an email.

All I wanted was to use new quick plug in trailer brake controller controlled by Bluetooth. app seems to be anything but. Asking all kinds of questions and access. Didn't get to it but I think they will require you to buy, install and give them access to cameras throughout your home, including bedroom! Think I'll just send controller back ! It'd be easier to go wired.
