The app was lovely and super useful to track movies I've watched/want to watch. As well as sometimes helping me finding what streaming service the movie is available on (even though the feature is still underworked outside of US) But since the last two updates I can't even access my lists at all. All I can do is browse movie, which I can do on plenty of other services. App has been updated, phone restarted, I've looked in mobile updates. Nothing works, the app closes when i tap watchlist.

Surprisingly lacking for an enthusiast app like this with a paid pro version. Should add: multi-select, list view (with film details, current rating, action buttons), spacing after a paragraph, filter by cast/crew, search in list. Should fix: many filters not working, episodes of series listed as individual films (e.g. Sherlock), limited listing of series (e.g. no Fleabag), browse logged films when adding films to a list. Honestly won't consider to renew subscription until these are added/fixed.

App taking a lot of time and not loading so I clear cache and try to sign in with my account it was again taking a long long time eventually not loading so I deleted aap download again and still the result is same due to this I'm extremely frustrated. I loved the aap , this thing had never happened before, Plz help me and fix it.

It's fine. It really doesn't like that I have notifications off. Every single time I open the app it asks to turn them on. Really annoying. Recent update makes the app useless. It won't load anything. "Socket timeout" for everything.

I don't know what happened but it's been a few months that the app hasn't been working properly. I can't add movies to my watchlist or any other list, I can't rate nor review anything. If I click to view my profile it stays loading for ages or if I want to check my watchlist or the activity section it immediately freezes and closes. I tried uninstalling it but nothing changes. Please fix it. Update: I want to say that the app is working properly now so thanks for fixing the problem.

I LOVE LETTERBOXD. I love the concept so much. I log all of my movies here, and tell my friends about it when I can. However, the app itself is a little finicky. More than any other app, it simply stops working time to time? It's not my network issue since every other app works during these times. But I'd say several times a month, the app will open but nothing will load.

Great social media app perfect for movie lovers. The only few things I don't like is that the ui isn't really user-friendly. It's not easy to figure out how to do things half the time and just needs some work. Also they should add tv shows, I'd love to rate breaking bad, or even some anime like dbz or others. There are anime movies though so that's a plus.

great app but every time I click on something and then go to click on something else it freezes. I've tried uninstalling the app and logging out but neither fixed the problem. I really hope this issue can be sorted. also the help feature in the app doesn't work at all as when I click on it it kicks me out of the app. apart from that I love using the app, it's a super easy and useful way to keep track of all the comics I want to read and have read before
