I have Lightwave throughout my house, it manages all lighting, the heating and many sockets. it's not cheap to invest in, but, this is my second home to benefit from this level of management and automation and it lasts, integrates well with Alexa and it's continuing to be developed, with the App having numerous clever automation options. The technical support is excellent. Why 4 stars? Not 5? Cost and level of technical complexity can be tricky. Some automations can be complex to setup.

Useless, confusion, wish I never got the hardware to need this app. I'm saving up to replace all bits, thermo valves, dimmer switches etc. Might just move home to get away from all this lightwave. 6 years on, most of the radiator valves have fallen off, tbe thermostat only works if the hall is cold. I've binned the dimmer switches and replaced with old switches, just one relay and remote in kitchen. it's obviously given up. that was a waste of over a grand, not including the cost to replace!

Really enjoying our Lightwave experience. The app is intuitive, stable, and runs smoothly. I only wish the developer would re-make the awful app I have to use for my heating! 😆

I'm using connect devices with the link plus hub. Devices paired with app but wouldn't work, thanks to another reviewers help, all my devices now working flawlessly. App works far better than older link app, devices respond much faster. Best of all are the automations, they're a learning curve but once learnt you can have them do all sort of things. Wish List: Put automations into rooms. Change rooms list to tiles. Dimmer and switch control on single page. Dim directly on tile. + many more...

Overall the switch seem to be fine but it does make the lights flicker every now and again no matter what bulbs we use or clearing the memory, doing self update. It still happens. Infact in one room 3 lights come on first then the others and when you dim down to around 35% the lights turn of apart from the 3. The boiler switch is hit and miss. Given a 4 only because of the customer service there provide.

Exceptional hardware, in my opinion the best on the market. Forget Phillips Hue! There is no need for fussy light bulbs or multiple routers. Just replace your old power or light switches for these, link as many as you like up to one router, and away you go. I don't use the app that much, but I use the Google Assistant functionality all the time.

All up and working 100%. Got the Lightwaverf support team earning their crust though. Can't fault their efforts! Appalling literature. More promotional than informative. The same online FAQ's appear irrespective of the question asked/searched. I'm on my 2nd hub in 7 days. The support team were very helpful (before £80 subscription became a thing). Would they be as good without? The scheduling is working fine, the platform is very stable. Very seldom do I get an "App not responding" message.

I have spent years and £££s on Amazon smart 'solutions' of which the odd one would work. I have now kitted out all lights and nearly all switches with Lightwave. Ok, it costs a it more but well worth it if you want Alexa to do exactly what you ask her to. With a 3-button routine, I turn off all downstairs lights and turn on my bedroom light! Fluctuations in bulb wattage can also be catered for through calibration,therefore eliminating irritating flicker. Excellent telephone support too.
