The app doesn't work on topup... Have many issues with different payment... It's not choosing the correct one even if you select... Always shows knab... And when you try another way... i am not happy with the constant updates (i just updated the app yesterday and i am kicked out of the app saying that i have to update it) and everytime i update the app, i have to log in again. i am really disappointed with the service.

Why is it logging out every time? Very inconvenient.. Also couldn't log in the other day, hope that's fixed. Not very reliable.

I have been a Lycamobile customer for 12 years. This year I started using Lycamobile internet. But I do not recommend this internet. I even experienced unlimited internet for 40 euros, but mostly the network is weak and sometimes the network is completely disconnected. Even roaming outside the Netherlands, no internet is connected.

For a mobile carrier company the Lyca app is suprisingly abysmal. Zero usability, below zero reliability, key functions and processes fail at will and/or at random. Want to check your latest bill? Want to view account details? Why bother when you can simply crash! Try Lyca mobile today for a kafkaesque experience.

Expensive and using unsecure protocol . The app is not working properly , logging out all the time. The prices is outrageous , not worth it. (The data goes too fast)

I am extremely disappointed with Lycamobile's service and app. The app constantly has problems, making it nearly impossible to pay for my subscription. It keeps showing me prepaid options instead. If you can't provide a good service, please consider shutting down. This is unacceptable and frustrating for loyal customers...

Be aware Lyca Mobile NL SCAM avoid them! So basicly you are paying monthy 40e for 300GB of data more less it is not unlimited. Each day you are limited to 10GB i dont understand and point of "unlimited" data when is limited this is false advertising and sales. The connection is terrible simple explanation.
