I went for malwarefox after getting frustrated of using a lot of security apps, without any solution. At first, even Malwarefox didn't work, but after a second scan, it caught the two infections that were causing trouble in my phone, and I was finally relieved. I am fully satisfied with the app and its features and wish it could provide more solutions like VPN service.

A few days back, I installed an apk without checking its source, and unfortunately, it happens to be infected with viruses. Being a tech-savvy, I thought I would quickly get rid of this; however, I could not. Then I went on YouTube and searched for the top security solutions in which Malwarefox was at number 5, and ironically the top 4 didn't work for me, and it was Malwarefox, which came to my rescue. Easily the best security app for phones.

Cool app very slow running a full scan had to cancel it because I was impatient. Anyway, the bad is in order to update the definition(which should be done to stay ahead of the curve) is not possible to because I can't purchase the full version? Anyone else notice that the license for mobile isn't available in play store? I went to the main website and to no avail nada. I run several other malware and antivirus apps but still there is no such thing as 100% secure. Scan daily and stay up to date.

A fantastic security application for the overall protection, especially web protection, which is provided for FREE. My device was infected with an adware trace, which this antimalware removed easily. The best thing is, it is light weighted and not harsh on my low-end device. However, a custom scanning option would have been better.

I have some malware on my phone that I'm trying to get rid of (notifications keep popping up in my phone trying to direct me to certain websites). Ran this app and it detected no malware on my phone. About one minute after the scan was complete, with no malware detected, I had the same notification pop up trying to direct me to certain websites again.

Scans updates on apps and says they are safe, but does not scan for viruses on its own. I open the app manually to find out that it hasn't scanned for three or four days for viruses, my phone is on 24 hours a day. I have not found a setting that lets you set up a scan schedule, this is the premium version. Same type of problems on my laptop which is obviously a different version of the app, same results. No scan even if I'm using the laptop during scheduled scan time. I must initiate scans😠....

Had a Blu R1 phone that had preinstalled adware that started showing up after a year, 51 happlay would show up on my phone using up my memory and making my phone unusable, none of the other antivirus and adware could do anything about it but this program stopped it in its tracks. I used the free program at first and had to run it once a day since the adware was preinstalled on the phone it couldn't be removed, later I was offered a free trial on premium version which automatically ran. Great app

I have to say,if ur looking 4 a basic malware scanner w/out all the unnecessary bells n whistles most come w/ like cache cleaners/battery boosters etc that take up loads of ram&drain battery,then this,by far,is THEE 1 to have.It's under 10mbs of memory,no ads(thankfully!) even for the free app altho u can upgrade to safe browsing etc & it's battery consumption is negligible.This is a bare bones malware scanner but don't be fooled into thinking it's not effective,u couldn't be more wrong lol!👏
