did a new registration. but when i tried to verify my email through given link, it keeps on going to the same main page without having my email verified. please help fix this.

The apps are in sharp green color, the font are in light white color. It is so difficult to read. I've paid the bills, i paid extra tho. . But it deduct the bill and doesn't have any receipt after making payment. Hello what is this app use for? Doesn't have any improment. Even tmb is better than yours. They do something to get it better and much convenient to use.

Worst apps ever. It is difficult to read with a light green background with white font. Layout is confusing, no clear border. Not responsive apps. Never able to login.

The app is no longer working after the latest update. Before that, I have setup my account using the app and I could check my bill for all my account but after the recent update, I need to verify my email account but the app is buggy and doesn't allow me to verify my account.

Useless apps unable to check the latest bill statement same as SADA apps, just found out that water utility apps mostly is a waste of space and developed for nothing truly rubbish. Please refer to MyTNB is user friendly and able to view the latest bill statement. Just think of user which is not from Penang and able to check bill and make payment effectively.

Have to upgrade more detail in this apps, not satisfied on the apps. once pay, the figure of the amount haven't updated in apps. Even pay in Jompay for make fast payment, in the apps no see any changes. Need Statement or bills for view previous history. hopeful, need more advance in future. Good luck. thank you

The purpose of an app is to make your life easier, but this app only can register one account, which makes it a digital water bill, what's the point? All the things that you get from the app, you can also do it elsewhere, why bother getting it? It's a waste of time! An app for the sake of having an app! Just improve it so users can register more than one account then your app is really useful. So many users complained for so long, still no improvement, what's pba or penang government doing actually???

despite updates, this app is still sluggish and most of the time unresponsive. When it is too slow responding, bank's app will expire and you hav to repeat the whole process. PBA never take any notice of complaints as well as feedbacks like thesr and still remain smug about themsevles. This app is terrible. Certainly the worst compared to many others.
