I like all that it aims to do, BUT a month after installing, thinking my grandson was safe & limited, he showed me a BIG glitch. He'd go to the Chrome or Google browser, go to a website. Boomerang screen came up saying it's blocked. But then all he needed to do was "go back" and the website appeared! Not cool! I wrote a support ticket, and a couple weeks later the co-founder said they had fixed it. Now a month later, I checked just for fun, and it's still happening! Very disappointing!

App capabilities are great... when they are working. When I "extend time" or apply a "time-out", the circle just keeps turning and it doesn't actually register. Sometimes my daughter will restart her phone and then the action will work. But this defeats the purpose of these actions. Please send an update.

I have used this app for the last year. It is not fantastic, but for the price (or any price) it appears to be the best I'm going to get. There are for sure glitches - disconnecting phone calls even if they are contacts/always allowed/and within an allowed time frame, doesn't pick up everything (not even close) in the text or call log, and sometimes makes the monitored phone glitch a bit. Pros are the app timers seem to work accurately and are easy to monitor/adjust and phone timer work well.

This app is terribly unoptimized and bogs down my phone. It constantly is using up all of my ram and is a pain when trying to do even simple tasks and bettery is horrendous now. After the set time is up, it also doesn't allow you to use basic functions like the quick menu. It also randomly doesn't allow you to access certain areas of apps, such as looking at premium plans for Spotify. All of these are also not allowed to be changed by the parent and the app decides whether it allows them or not.

This app has changed over the past couple of years. It's not as effective and I feel it's lost some value. There are many quirks and flaws as of late. Now the past 2 days, I can't even close the app on my own phone. And it has waaaaay too many updates with no warning so unless I discover it myself, I don't know about it in time, which affects the parental controls. I'm ready to finally switch parental apps I think after at least 5 years using this one. Feeling very frustrated with it.

We have had this app on our all 3 of our children's phones for the last 3 years & it is great. I love to be able to see the texting conversations back & forth. My kids know that I can, and we have had had a lot of good discussions because of it. I also love seeing their location at any time. It has been a great help to block inappropriate websites. Thank you to it's developers!!

I wish I could like this app. Reconnecting with the parent app and the controlled device is slow, and won't refresh automatically. It suddenly stopped working and it's really hard to recover the account after uninstalling. I just don't see the point anymore as everything has basically reset and all of my settings are gone. You also have to go onto the website to fix most of it up. I useless if I have the app that will just redirect me to a desktop website on my mobile phone...

Frustating! It is complicated and confusing to install. When I finally got to install it on both mine and my child's device, everything seemed perfect. But it worried me that in order for my child to be able to make a phone call to a specific # anytime (such father's, grandparents' , etc.,) I have to give permission for those numbers. When I tried to do that, the app will not allow me to do anything but to be directed to one if their webpages that was not useful nor has any function buttons.
