It's a great app when it actually works. Too bad that's only about 10% of the time. I can't imagine being forced to use this terrible service if I lived outside of New England. This might be the most poorly built streaming app I've ever used. Just brutal. Simple things like the link to actually watch games being broken for extended periods of time is absolutely unacceptable.

Outrageous pricing for the plans. Would never pay that for the shoddy nesn production that was often laughable even when we had cable. Ain't no way I'm paying $329 for a year of scuffed audio and random screen black outs. For the what, 20-30 Bruins games I want to watch? No thanks Nesn

This is one of the most expensive apps but it's the only way I can watch most Red Sox games.For $30 a month,it should be a great app but it's actually the worst.It either freezes or kicks me out.It has more issues than all other apps combined.I have contacted support a bunch of times & for the most part,it's pointless.Other apps have taken money off or given a free month when I've had problems.There isn't much to watch on this app either.Even if the issues are fixed,the price should be less.

For a $30 per month subscription, if you're not gonna fix the app at least invest in your baseball team. App is trash, video quality is poor, and you can't cast to some SmatTVs.

Too expensive, just for Sox games. Add that to another streaming service and you are paying nearly as much as with Cable. Plus, it is seriously lacking in features. Why can't I fast forward through Red Sox in 2? I used it for a couple months. Out of frustration I canceled not long after they charged me for September. And they shut me off, right then and there, despite having paid for the rest of the month (through October 13)!

Forget about 4K, this app can't even stream the game without glitching and pixellating for minutes at a time. If you're watching on delay, get ready for a spoiler, because the app randomly freezes then jumps to live, even without touching a button on the remote. The app keeps logging me out on my TV for some reason, and every time I have to sign back in, it is an ordeal. It never just works. There is always an error requiring multiple attempts and clearing my browsers cache etc.

The app s**ks. NESN does not have enough bandwidth to load and sign in. What good is the app, if during peak times such as baseball playoffs and Sunday football, there are too many users to get connected. The only time I've been successful with the app is at non-peak times, like early mornings. Come on NESN. Get with the program.

Video and audio stutters badly when shared on TV screen from LG V20 phone. Worked somewhat better from latest gen iPad or iPhone 13, but recently stopped working on those at all. App can't be installed on Fire TV Stick or Android TV. It's great that NESN offers this access, but terrible functionality ruins its performance. I may opt not to renew whren $1 trial period ends, NESN, get your stuff together. Surely, you can do better!
