Totally agree, has got nothing but worse. Coming from a driver that use to get 40 to 50 something driver stars a month. Now I can only get streak stars, it will absolutely not give me stars for getting cut off and hitting brake and slowing down. It won't give stars for slowing down and getting over for emergency vehicles or stalled vehicles with flashers on, on the side of interstate. Camera has totally went down hill, use to get 4 to 6 stars a day to nothing.

Too many drivers are getting falsely accused of rolling stops,running a red light, speeding,and following distance by that camera, Also why in the world does this app take up soo much of my phone storage? At first it was nothing then jump to 26 gigs of storage out of nowhere, Now it's up to almost 30 gigs. Please Fix these issues.

When selecting a new notification the app ALWAYS opens up to the same notification that is weeks old! Every time. The app is currently taking over 12 GB of storage space on my phone. The next two largest apps, YouTube Music and YouTube, pale in comparison at only 3GB and 2GB respectively. What kind of nonsense is this?? Additionally there are a plethora of features and functions that are unavailable via the app or a mobile interface and force the user to get out the laptop or desktop. Garbage.

This entire system is absolute garbage. You are supposed to be able to obtain driver stars as a bonus if you make room when someone cuts in front of you but the only way you actually get a driver start is by almost getting a hard braking event. You are also supposed to be able to get driver Stars by moving over to make room for emergency vehicles on the side of the road but you have to move over when you're right on top of them for it to count. Not to mention the many false positive detections

They somehow managed to make the app even worse than before... Over 200pts off for 1 driver alert, with a 4+ sec following distance. Yeah, that makes sense... My entire last week was 800s for one infraction a day with a 4sec following distance and it doesn't count any driver stars anymore. I get cutoff 10-20 times a day and ALWAYS hit the brakes and slow down to make a safe following distance, but nothing. And forget moving over for vehicles on the shoulder, it has NEVER given a driver star!

It's almost impossible to log into the app after that last update. It will not go to the okta verify after the login. You literally have to keep hitting login 50+ times and it keeps refreshing the login page. It's very frustrating. I try to login to see my netradyne score but half the time i give up because it does not work. Please fix the login.

When a driver passes you on the highway or city based on distance or speed, if you don't use your breaks or slow down within 15 seconds, it will lose points by not maintaining distance. It's inaccurate with speeding violations. Again, you lose points. You lose points for hard breaks also too sensitive. I Drive an automatic 2023 Day cab Freightliner so not,exactly a Dragster, but I also get acceleraacceleratekly points lost. So far,my company is not using the driver cam. That's the game changer.

The app loves to crash within 10 seconds whenever I go to the Greenzone tab to see why I'm getting docked points for the day. Leaving the tab immediately is the only way to avoid the crash. The interface is a bit clunky to use as well. It would be appreciated if I can actually view the feedback the system is giving me without being forced out.
