It is possible to order good meals and follow delivery, but there are many issues with the interface. The background operation and notifications are poor. Once you close the interface it's s process to get back to where you were. Sometimes updating lags. Searches for dishes and products are basic, and many options are not translated. Images of dishes are too small to see detail. In summary, it's a good service with a poor user interface.

RIP Nham24, you used to be the best delivery app in Cambodia, great sellers, efficient deliveries, amazing customer support. Unfortunately now replaced by grab, delivery is slow, the delivery guy never finds you, many orders are not even taken by businesses or delivered, customer service doesn't exist, almost impossible to reach and when you get someone grab support is totally useless.... grab is good at grab your money but for anything else it's garbage

Why would you take away the reorder button under the previous orders?? It was so convenient and no reason to take it away??? Is this the beginning of grab making this app worse on purpose?

I received a notification that my delivery location is out of range, even though I ordered from the store two days ago. This is quite disappointing and very inconvenient!

This app was the best thing ever. But now the search function is not working any more, and the app is nearly unusable because of it. It's near impossible to scroll through thousands of items to find the things you need. I think an update of the software is needed. I'll start using a different app in the meantime

Search has to be perfect or it won't find anything and you have to scroll through a lot. Some product descriptions are blank or very little info. Pay in one second, but cancelled orders can take 3 days to get a refund 😡. They take the money out right away so there is no room for error. Better to just pay upon delivery. Still prefer this app over all others, even though some things are annoying. Customer service is good though.

Great food app, I see no problems, and when you have a inconvenience they will do their best to find away past that, I had problems, I accidentally slept when the food came, but I wooe up 2 hours later and still delivered food, great.
