I can say for the 2 years I've had their service the app does not capture or alert in real time. I've asked continously to have our back door alarm repaired... horrible customer service. No false alarms with no captured video to see who broke in your car or stole your yard items. I'm beginning to think it's intentional and maybe a setup for an inside job. Please cancel immediately

The original app worked perfectly. I don't know what happened with it or why they changed to this one, but I can no longer log in and use the app like I could before. Wife and I even changed the password and nothing. I can log into the site, but now I cannot use the app and all its functionality. Just awful. They need to roll this back and fix it. The website even has a link for the old app but it no longer exists in the play store or my download library.

We are NOT AT ALL satisfied with NorthStar. We had Vivint before and it was much better. We get notified when someone is at the front door. By the time we open the app on our phone whoever was at the door is gone. There is no video to see who was at the door. I just wish I hadn"t signed a two year contract. The camera in the front has a very poor picture at night.

Ninety nine percent of the time the doorbell camera doesn't work since they changed over to ADT. I pay the monthly fee and I contacted them around 3 times in a year and they want to just tell me on phone how to fix it! It still doesn't work!!

It's a fairly decent app. It needs to be able to adjust the motion sensitivity in smaller increments instead of none to halfway and then extremely sensitive. It also has a lot of issues of not connecting to the cameras

This app is not letting me check my doorbell camera, what is going on with this app ,please correct this problem, thank you!! I HAVE HAD PROBLEM WITH THIS APP SINCE DAY ONE IT NOT A GOOD APP,GETTING FALSE DOOR alarm all during the night!! Please fix the problem please!!

We been reach out for almost 6 months until now our request still on hold, and they never make and action just telling them, only i wish fix the camera inside to we can see outdoor who behind the door . So hard to fix a simple just keep talking do that do this we already do what ever thay us to do nothing happen simple request for a client hard to do it.
