It's a constant battle with this app! I've been using it for 6 months, and I've deleted and installed it over 5 times already. Products rarely work, always freezing, and forms are a hit and miss

Haven't updated yet, but current version keeps freezing not allowing incident report details to be entered. Cannot enter client, site or incident type. The app has been down on my site phone since 3 Sept and today, 9 Sept it is still frozen. I hope the update of 9th Sept 24 will fix it. Otherwise when it is working it is 👌

Why can't we listen to audio in the background when using NFC Scan??

This app SUCKS! It's so slow and it keeps logging me out when I'm trying to make a report after my foot patrols. But most of the time...IT DOESN'T EVEN SEND MY REPORTS! My bosses tell me that they aren't even seeing my reports but the stupid app says "all good!". Make it say "your report has been sent" or something!

2.29.24update made the scan feature unusable for my officers. The management options are lacking. Really wish there was more filtering options when looking up checkpoint data. Especially for photos

Very good so far. Recent update bugged my Site drop list on every report page, including searching for reports(ironically on the update that fixes this issue). Any developers that can help me with this?

This app seemed extremely smooth to use when we first started using it. Then, we had some glitches, but since, most have worked out. Now, it's pretty smooth and easy to use.
