Slow to launch for 2FA. I have to login to my VPN on my computer twice every single time, because the first time always fails. 100% of the time. Seemingly because the app notification doesn't launch fast enough the first time (you only get about 1 second to tap approve before it times out). The second time, the app is probably already to go in recent app memory. Please fix this, iOS users don't have the same problem.

EVERY time I get a verification it also sends another message telling me to use Okta FastPass, which DOES NOT WORK. when I try to use the fast pass I ALWAYS have to open the app and verify. Remove your stupid annoying forced messages for your non working fastpass!!!

There's currently a bug that breaks my phones authentication whenever I'm asked to use biometrics. The only way to get it working again is to open another app that uses biometrics and log in. Having to use this app several times a day, this is becoming frustrating.

Used to be a lot better. Now the push notification doesn't just let you say yes directly from it - instead the app has to be opened to verify. A horrible design choice from a UX perspective.

Application started giving me warnings about an insecure connection for MFA push notifications when authenticating but there is no issue with the device or any settings. Suspect there is some sort of bug causing this such as secure DNS triggering the warning.

Not great. Why do updates always make things worse instead of better? Sometimes the push notifications just don't work. Or I have to manually open the app to make them work. Multiple times a week. It will many at a time when I only hit it once, or when it fails to send them, once it works again, it sends all the failed useless attempts along with the 1 new. I've only used 1 device ever for it for years, the only 1, and since the last update, it is now permanently "unrecognized". Every time.

It works fine but (Dec 2024) it keeps saying it needs to update but won't. Jan 2025 - getting an error about not being able to create a secure connection. Can move past it but that's hardly the point.

Bad experience. Doesn't work in the latest samsung devices. Antivirus apps consider Okta as not verified or the theft app. It looks like the app is not tested properly with the organisations level tie-up.
