The slowest and most cumbersome restaurant app I have used. Very touchy and unintuitive. Could learn something from the chic-fil-A app, which is far superior in terms of ease of use. I was unable to customize sides and was frustrated by this app, and I have a tech background.

App is good. Easy to use. Food was good. NOT What I ordered but I just ate it. So service not the best. I ordered chicken and beef tacos for 2/3 with refried bean. GOT ALL BEEF WITH CHARO BEANS. Tasted good but daughter doesnt eat beef.

I took my Mom to Abuleo's for her Birthday, it is her favorite Mexican restaurant in Lakeland Florida. Everything was awesome from the service, the food and the Managers came to our table to check on us. I would like to see on your menu to have a choice to build your own platter, if there was one, I completely missed it. We both had the Juarez and the guacamole was fresh and not bland, Everything was perfect!

Love this restaurant and the app was very easy to use, here in Roanoke, Virginia. But.....We no longer have an Abuelo's. So, while it was here, it was our best place for take out or eat in.

Great food, however the containers of salsa we ordered had opened up and spilled over everything, big mess! Maybe think about taping it down or get better containers. Also, disappointed in the amount of guacamole we received (large for &12.96) only half of the container was filled!?!? Last time we received a full container. I know Fridays evenings are a bit busy, but we spent close to $50, should have been better.

I have now tried twice to add a receipt from my last visit as well as an email to Abuelo's for help with no response. So, as of today, this app is trash and I'll be removing.

It would be nice to be able to submit multiple payment methods. The app isn't as customizable as ordering in the restaurant.

The day/time for pick-up feature does not work. Will open but doesn't allow changes.
