Beware if you are disabled and have vision problems without having your glasses on. The website that it instructs you to go to on the computer is very unforgiving and rushes people. There is some kind of hidden timer in their website coding. It only gives you about 30 seconds or so to accomplish each task. If you fail to complete the task within 30 seconds or so it will reset to the main QR Code where you first start at.

This app is not designed to be first and foremost a utility, it's primarily designed to sell you stuff. As a result it has you do things that it doesn't need to. I'm 90% certain you could make a better app that determines the lens by measuring the focus adjustment when lenses are put in front the camera. Excessively slow, unskippable instructions and an annoying robot voice constantly telling you to do exactly what you're doing. Also, I'm not sending you a selfie, that's entirely unnecessary.

MAKE SURE THE DOTS ARE VISIBLE ON YOUR MOBILE SCREEN, the detection software needs an overhaul, I tried 3 apps they literally are corbon copies of one another and none seem to work at all. I had to turn down my brightness on my screen, then turn on all the lights in the room finally figuring out what would help it detect the dumb dots but once it did, id only have 30 seconds to see if it would detect my card, i can't say if the app even works I couldn't get past that point after an hour.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4, Android 6.01. Was harder than expected to hold phone parallel to laptop screen with one hand and the eye glasses steady and correctly in between the phone and laptop screen. App crashed when trying to continue on second scan of tilting eyeglasses up and down. (Used on a brand new Note 4. No apps installed except default apps. Uninstalled. I'll try again later to see if it works after I can get the phone position better. Maybe I'll try using a tablet PC, and a phone stand

It's really hard to calibrate. Spent half an hour holding my glasses up to the camera just for the message "Make sure the dots are visible on your mobile screen." It also kept telling me to back away from my monitor, but then I'd go too far back, and the app would lose sight of it. Very annoying to use, and the messages repeat way too frequently.

Pain in the butt, the scanner is constantly either to close to the glasses or too far. No matter how many times i try there is always an issue with how i am holding glasses. Once I finally get to the moving the temple and watch the video on how they want the movement done, the scan still FAILS because i didnt "do quit right". Waste of time.

As others have written, nothing I do moves the process beyond scanning the magnetic card. I just get the maddening "make sure the dots are visible" voice. Maximum screen brightness, tried three different cards, did everything I could think of. I also had to clear my cookies every time I started over because otherwise the website would tell me to "enable functional cookies" and stop there. It's a great idea for an app and others have had success but I wouldn't assume it'll work for you.

The whole process took less than 10 minutes, was BEAUTIFULLY easy to follow, easy to understand, and honestly was fun. The whole process to scan glasses in is friendly, which might be odd cause it's an app, but like it was FRIENDLY. Also I have an astigmatism and it legit was able to scan my glasses accurately and provided the correct prescription for each lense. I'm hella impressed. Thank you!!
