The app doesn't let you submit the hours. You can no longer scroll up and down the screen to hit the enter tab. The tab appears for a split second and then dissappears. The new update just broke this portion of the app. What's sad is that it's the most important part of the app.

The app is not letting my client log in to accept any hours. I have deleted it re-downloaded it, tried his log in and his fingerprint and it's just not working. Hours have to be accepted today and its not working. I left a message with ppl

Time clock is not working well getting paid weekly when I'm supposed pay every other week which I have proof won't let me get in the app the answer get back is to install again which I did many times how suppose to clock in and out or even get My chart 100% when the app doesn't work right. Please fixed the problem thank you

This is not the most intuitive app to use. you have to type in reason codes and addresses if you ever have to back date a clock in. it will never remember any address you ever use. You will have to select to skip the tutorial every time you long in no matter how many times you have logged in.

Latest failure of this incompetently designed app: Monday I try to log in. *1st* attempt it says my account has been locked due to too many attempts. I try to reset password, it asks for username. I give it, it says no record of such username. THE SAME USERNAME FOR THE ACCOUNT IT LOCKED! How can it have too many attempts yet not exist! I try 'forgot username' option, it says I need to use the 'My Account' menu for that. 'My Account' requires logging in!

As an attendant using this app has been a positive experience and possibly the easiest app I've ever had to use on a daily basis. Also I've found the Public Partnership customer service people most helpful whenever I have had any problems. However, now it's telling me I must update to a new version of the app, but can't find out how to go about doing that. Will have to call PPL tomorrow if, as message states, the current app will no longer work. Can hope it will be an easy fix!?

Terrible experience I have never been able to log in successfully logging in. Every time I try, it says your session has timed out log back in. It is a never-ending cycle. I attempted to contact customer service, and I can never get through.

Started out as a good app, but now you clock in go back to clock out nothing is there. It is just like the shift didn't even start. 😑 🙃 maybe once you fix your bugs and glitches it may be a good app again.
