App needs work. I've tried ordering from the new talley rd location but the app doesn't go to any payment screen or a submit order screen. It also doesn't have all the menu items listed, can't select lemon pepper as option for wings.

Every time I enter info, it says something is not right. Another notice states may have to re register. So, I fill it all out AGAIN, and it says oops account already registered.... One big circle of nothing. About the chicken, the only thing with spices or flavor is the outer coating, not the actual chicken.

Nice looking app, lacks functionality. Got all the way to the add payment screen and wouldn't allow me to add anything.

Downloaded the app and tried to register. Says my phone number is already associated. Have never made an account and I've had the same number for 25+years....

I don't know if the app has ever worked for me. I try and place an order and it's something every time. Today was it would get past the order screen.

This app blows. When you place an order for a different location, it places an order at anothet location you've ordered from. You can't cancel the order in the app.

Manually set my pick up location and it randomly changes my location after charging me. Literally the "pick up from" doesn't show an address and it's a white box. Click it, doesn't show an address but I click change location just to be sure. Still places the order at the wrong one. I call the location asking to cancel my order cause it went to the wrong one and they can't refund mobile orders.

I gave the app permission to use my precise location. When sitting across the street from a location and be unable to place an order. The app informs me there's not a location nearby. The app wants me to do a ZIP code search. I'm in a metropolitan area, and ZIP codes change when I walk to the corner intersection. I have to do a Google search to find a ZIP code. No option to use drive-thru. It's either pickup inside or curbside. I selected curbside, but the store insisted I come inside.
