Technical support is terrible. They leave messaged unanswered for over 2 weeks. The long hold on the treasure chest is not an accessible feature for the disabled and chronically ill people who use this app. I also think it's ridiculous that you lose a treak for not opening the chest if you've done all the other tasks. The app is so glitchy I can't even view or edit my scores anymore and haven't had any response from the team.

Ive been with the paid and free. App is super glitchy and will ruin your streak. People with the paid get gift cards so they rate it high. My company stopped and so did the service. Now the app requires a picture everytime i take my med for no reason! I sent two a messages, no response.

I enjoy this app, it's a great way to keep ke on track with all my medical stuff such as exercises and drs appointments, the only thing is I can't find any way to "support" the app as once you gain everything in the free version that's it, there's no way to add or do anything further, even if I accidentally skiped the notification etc.

A game changer for managing chronic health conditions. I've been able to stay on track with my management program including medications, physio, activity level, and additional behaviours I know make my conditions easier to deal with. And there are real world rewards built in, which is very useful for really getting into good habits. This app is very easy to use, very well designed, and the support staff are wonderful. Highly recommend.

So I like that this app reminds me of my meds. I got it for the allergy drops from my allergist. However I don't like it coming up and telling me I've missed a task when that task is something stupid like "post on our community". If I don't have a need to post to the community, I'm not going to. I'm about to uninstall it if these nonsense tasks continue. Also the sound effects are WAY too loud. The volume of them is higher than the media volume on my other apps.

This app is so great for managing medications and exercises for my chronic conditions! I struggle to keep track of the things I need to do and the small rewards keep me on target, being able to set specific notification is extremely helpful too. Will be passing on my feedback to my health insurance company so hopefully they will partner with Perx!

The app has certainly served as a great reminder for me to take my allergy drops, and at a more consistent time every day. I enjoy playing the games, although the same ones do get old and I finally scratched off 3 matching (vs. unmatching) squares today and nothing new happened! Maybe a bit more variety in the games?
